Vacation Rental “Deichlust Apt. 3” – Compact, Modern, and Close to the Sea
The Deichlust Apt. 3 is located in the same building as Deichlust 1 & 2, on the 2nd floor, and is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for well-equipped accommodations near the sea in Cuxhaven-Döse.
The apartment is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed.
Living & Sleeping
The apartment has two rooms. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, offering a quiet retreat. The combined living and dining area, with a sofa, satellite/cable TV, and dining table, invites you to relax.
Kitchen & Bathroom
The kitchenette is functional and fully equipped: an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, as well as cookware, silverware, and dishes—ideal for self-catering during your vacation.
The bathroom features a shower/toilet and a hair dryer.
A designated parking space is not included with the accommodation, but free street parking is available.Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can easily add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive stress-free with just a light bag.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
