The beach near DREAM FLAT NO. 1 has been extremely comfortable completed in 2012 as the allergy-friendly Non smoking apartment for the holidays at the North Sea in Cuxhaven Döse. The approximately 80 square meters holiday home is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms (11sqm), a spacious living room (20sqm) and dining room (10sqm) and an open fully fitted kitchen (9sqm) for up to 4 people and well equipped. Arrive and feel good is the motto. The entrance hall, the kitchen and shower room and separate toilet are equipped with high-quality floor tiles in high-gloss anthracite. The remaining floors are made of high quality laminate in walnut. The living room with wing chair and relax lounger in the Loungecharackter invites you to relax reading and lingering. The APARTMENT 1 is located in the 2nd Floor of very quiet house yellow sand. An elevator halfway floor. From West / South-West balcony can be seen in the North Sea. The line of sight from the dining room is toward the Elbe. The sandy beach in Cuxhaven Döse and the sea is reached with 250 meters air line in a few steps. All sockets are incidentally provided with child safety! Babysitting / toddlers accessories with baby bath, step stool, toilet seat is included. Additional child equipment are with high chair and / or high-quality travel cot with padded inlay in 120 x 60 cm available for a fee (see prices).
Even in sleep can relax perfectly. The new high-quality 7-zone deluxe mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. There are optional normal pillows and neck pillows. In both bedrooms, a smoke detector is installed in each case.
