    Walk to Front Street and enjoy the upscale dining, breweries and bars, shops, and entertainment! Walking distance to the Gorge Metro Park! You are in the heart of Cuyahoga Falls!

    Very clean, and nicely updated in an excellent location! Guests have a fully stocked kitchen, linens and pillows provided, towels and toiletries provided, and washer and dryer access. Keurig and K-Cups are provided!

    Close to the scenic Cuyahoga River, downtown Cuyahoga Falls and Street, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Summit Metro parks, fitness facilities, golf courses, Blossom Music Center, dining, shopping, live music and entertainment. This property is well equipped with everything one would need while traveling. It's close to local restaurants, coffee shops and provides easy access to and from Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Very enjoyable stay!

Great location, property, and hosts!

The house was clean, quiet, and was a great space! Comfortable bed and near lots of great restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this rental! My husband and I visited the CVNP as well as surrounding metro parks. This house was within close proximity to everything we wanted to see. Plus we could easily walk to restaurants and breweries. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Weekend getaway

Lovely apartment in Cuyahoga Falls, very clean and located in a convenient area. If your hiking in the National park it is very close by and the River shops and restaurants in town are great.

We tried to cancel last minute for health reasons as our daughter’s birthday festivities were cancelled when she came down and was diagnosed with Covid on our check in date. It was too late to cancel through VRBO and when owner was contacted would not allow us to cancel or have a credit for a future visit. Beware of booking this property unless you purchase cancellation insurance. Keep all of your records!

Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in Cuyahoga Falls while visiting the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

3rd Ave Cuyahoga Falls

My wife and I had a great stay at the house. The location is perfect close to Front St and Gorge metro park. Nice quiet and relaxing neighborhood. If you’re visiting the area I highly suggest this property.

Great Stay in Cuyahoga Falls

Clean, nice minimal decor, comfortable, well-stocked property close to restaurants, the river, the gorge, and Cuyahoga Falls National Park. We were impressed with the revitalization of the area and the river.

Great homebase while in Cuyahoga Falls

The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils, pans, dishes,etc. Perfect for cooking your own meals. The bed was VERY comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and very walkable. I would stay her again.

Excellent Space and Hosts!

The space is super cute and very well equipped. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were great, providing all the info we needed and responding quickly. The location is excellent, close to the fun of downtown Cuyahoga Falls yet peaceful and quiet! With family nearby, we will definitely be back!!!

Awesome! Close to everything we needed.

House is nicely remodeled, had everything we needed. Good for one or two people or with small child. Walking distance to Gorge, Front St and of course, Swenson's. (If you grew up local, you know!) Hosts had quick responses to any issues and superb communication. This place is great.

We were there for a funeral, and wanted somewhere to stay besides a hotel. This place was as nice as the pictures! That is a first for me! It was clean (another first in recent years!) and was close to the places we needed to be. The only thing I would change would be a longer shower curtain because it didn’t want to stay in the shower.

Great rental

My friend and I just stayed at this rental for 4 nights. It was fantastic with everything we needed. I don't remember the listing mentioning it being a duplex; there are folks upstairs but they were quiet. It was very clean, very comfortable, and our host was wonderful in accommodating us in requesting one more night a week prior to our stay. My friend said the sofa bed in the living room was comfortable, and my bed was also very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. Plus a washer and dryer if needed! I appreciated the variety of k-cups as well, for a quick coffee before we set out for the day. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Great Stay

What a wonderful find! This place is near everything! I walked to a nearby restaurant in 7 minutes. I was minutes away by car to hiking trails and attractions. The remodeling is well-done, and you can tell they really have an eye for detail. Very clean and quiet. Nice neighborhood, too. Love the off-road parking behind the home. Great communication and very welcoming, sincerely interested in my comfort and satisfaction. The best compliment I can give: Can't wait to come back!

Property was great, very clean and updated. Great shower also. Steps getting into the back door were awkward, seems to be missing another step. An older person like myself had some trouble getting in and out of the back door. Maybe a hand rail would help access. Anyway still a great stay!
