We had a very easy & professional check in (Adelena) who also reccomended me to join the loyalty scheme. The room was excellent and more than adequate for our 3 nights. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options. Really lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Helen and Rachel at breakfast. The cleanliness was ace. The shower was disappointing compared to the rest of the finish. As did the Nescafé sachets - these 2 things jarred with your super lux vibe

Great area for exploring south wales. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. So lovely, cosy and clean . The hot tub and play park for the kids was an additional bonus.
