“Very nice hotel with very nice view. It’s right in the heart of shinjuku and 8-9 min walking to shinjuku station. They have a great shuttle to the airport which makes it very convenient for your last days in Japan. The only reaps. I give it 4 stars is because not fan of the breakfast buffet. This si second time I stayed there and declined the option this time. Overall a great hotel.”

“Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well.
Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking.
Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!”
