Ivy Villa esta a una distancia relativamente corta de lo que el es el Night Market y el barrio antiguo de HOI AN , con mi esposa ibamos caminado 2 o 3 veces x dia ya que son la atraccion mas interesante que hay en esta ciudad .Es super seguro caminar por la zona a cualquier hora y la gente es muy amable .Este hotel es 100% recomendable .

I had a wonderful stay at Ivy Villa Hotel. The front desk staff were truly the best I’ve experienced—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location is just on the outskirts of the old town, which makes it quieter but still easily walkable to all the main attractions. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable rooms that made me feel right at home. A great balance of convenience, comfort, and warm hospitality. Highly recommend! And extremely affordable.

If we could give more stars we would. Nam you and your team go above and beyond with your customers. Firstly we had booked a River view suite with balcony the room was large very clean and had a bath in it. We extended our stay as we loved it so much. We were able to move to a Garden View deluxe room with balcony and walk in shower. Room not as big as the suite but very suitable for our needs. No bath but walk in shower, which we preferred. Breakfast. Ohh my..... So fresh and delicious. You can make selection the night before and everything is purchased fresh that morning for you. The fruit platters are so delicious as are the freshly baked baguettes. Eggs, pancakes and local dishes also available. You will not go hungry. Nam assisted us with laundry service, currency exchange and drivers for our tours. Also tickets to many events. All the hard work was done for us. We highly recommend the Ivy Villa as it's just on the outskirts of ancient town. You can walk or GRAB into the busy and then escape when you have had enough. Ohh and there is a pool with sunbeds. And an elevator. Yes all boxes are ticked.

We liked the free use of bicycles, the breakfast choices, and the information that Nam sent us about places to eat and visit. He also managed our laundry and booked a car to the DaNang airport. So helpful! He also changed our room when the AC stopped working. We did not enjoy the coffee. It seemed to be instant coffee and a little sweet.

Modern, clean, great location between old quarter and beach. Rooms were very clean, excellent breakfast, beautiful lap pool, best hotel experience we had in Vietnam. Most importantly the staff there are amazing, great local information for travelers, extremely helpful. Highly recommend this hotel, and would stay there again.

The staff was excellent. The day manager was so helpful with transportation, dining and recreational options. English speaking. Breakfast was varied and very good. There were also bikes for our use and laundry service available. There was a small pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Rainy during our stay. We would stay again.

Really nice hotel!!

Very nice, clean, and efficient hotel. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everything in the room worked as advertised. Great shower, good A/C, comfortable bed, nice TV. The only negative is that it is a good 2 to 2.5km from the ancient city and good restaurants. However the Hoi An Brewing Company is on the way into town and is a great place to grab a really good craft beer either going to or coming from town, or both!

Nice little hotel

Outside of Hoi An old town but easy to get there with the bicycles provided. Nice new small 20 room hotel with small pool. Pool was great for cooling off in the heat of the town.

They collected us from Da Nang airport. The Ivy Villa was the nicest accommodation that we stayed in Vietnam. Lovely pool to swim in after being out and about in Hoi An. The breakfast was plentiful and lovely. It was about a 20 minute walk into town or we also took one of the bikes from the hotel another day. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would totally recommend this lovely accomodation.

Great find--clean, friendly, and affordable!

This hotel was recommended by some travelers we met in Sapa. So, we decided to book it for just one night, as we were debating between Danang or Hoi An for the second night. Once we got there and experienced their hospitality, and saw the nice clean rooms and showers, we extended our stay for one more night. The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, and there are many options for breakfast and they were all delicious (we tried different things each day). They ask you what you would like a night before and prepare it for you in the morning based on your schedule. The suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and shops by the staff was also very good. The hotel is about 1.5 km from the Old Town. My wife and I took a taxi one day, as it was raining, but walked the next day (took us 15 minutes through the town to get to the night market--pleasant walk). The hotel also offers free bikes and locks. Overall, this was a great find, and if we return back to Hoi An, we will definitely stay here.

Great hotel for a stay in Hoi An just outside town

Overall we had a very good stay at the Ivy Villa (probably the best in all of Vietnam where we never spend more than 30€ per night). What made our stay so good at the Ivy Villa? Well, the staff is very welcoming and helpful, we even got upgraded to a bigger room as the hotel was not fully booked (rooms are new and nice), they offer a great a la carte buffet with fresh food every morning (don’t worry, you can choose more than you can eat). Moreover, they offer rental bikes for free (like many hotels on Hoi An) to go around the city or to the beach. The bikes are a bit dated, but should easily do for a few kilometers. The hotel‘s good Impression even lasted until the very last second when they gave us a nice to-go breakfast at 5am in the morning (which did not only consist of some cold toast like at other places). All in all we were very happy to stay at the Ivy Villa although it is 10min out of old town (by bike). One minor thing that could be improved: toilet tissue or drinks from the minibar were not refreshed automatically. Instead we had to ask for it. No big deal, but definitely some improvement potential here ;-)

Good, quiet location. Excellent staff

Loved my stay here. Location is close to the action but quiet at night. Comfy beds. Free bike was nice. Nam made my stay very relaxing and care free. Pick up from airport, laundry, tour reservations, scooter rental and even had the post office come to the hotel to send a large box home. Would definitely stay again. Nam is the man!

Incredibly impressed with this Hotel. Spent 5 nights in beautiful Hoi An. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were incredible, they always went above and beyond and were just genuinely great people. The breakfast and coffee were delicious. They even offer affordable laundry service! We hired scooters through the hotel during our stay and also rode the conplimentary bikes around. I always enjoy slightly away from the centre of town, this was just the perfect location. Having a good hotel is a critical part of your holiday! Its just so nice to find your home away from home. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return to Ivy Villa! Thanks again team for looking after us so well.
