The family are amazing, treating you like one of their own. The facilities are sufficient...and supplied breakfast more than I could eat. Location just a Short stroll to all the action.

nice family running a small travel agency 2 rooms are located above the shop at the rear ,room is above the family courtyard and is calm, accomodation is basic but exactly according the description, clean very close from the walking area. the family can rent bikes and arrange tour and train tickets if needed. breakfast on request

The rooms do not resemble the publicity photo. The family are very welcoming. Access is extremely difficult as the stairs are very steep and narrow.

Very friendly hosts all speak English. Smoothly pickingup from Da-nang. Delicious and various breakfast menu. Small and local building but well cleaned woody room contains big window and pretty balcony,was bright and so comfortable. One thing better to worry about is a bug appeared from under the bed which wasn't a cockroach. ローカルな民宿ですが、清潔ですし、嫌みのないおしゃれさでとても居心地が良かったです。敷地の中央部分は屋根がなく、吹き抜けになっている食事スペースになっており(雨が降ると可動式屋根が登場。)、自然光の下で食事ができます。のんびりさせてもらいました！ ダブルサイズベッドルームで1人宿泊でしたが、2人でも余裕はありそうな広いお部屋。ツインルームも向かいにあり見せてもらいましたが、裏の池(沼？)を一望できて風通しが良さそうでした。 女将さんと娘さんは日本人にも慣れているようで、色々と声をかけてくれて優しくしていただきました。夜、ベッドの下からひょっこりまあまあ大きな虫が1匹現れましたが、またベッドの下に戻っていきそのまま出てこず(笑)ゴキではなかったのであまり気にしなかったのですが、苦手な人は用心した方がいいかも。風呂はもちろんシャワーのみ、トイレと一体化型です。ドライヤー、バスタオル、フェイスタオル完備。ハミガキセット、シャンプー類は簡易的なものでした。 ホイアン旧市街地を中心に過ごすなら、エリアのど真ん中にあり融通をきかせてくれるこの宿をおすすめします。

Cô chủ và bà chủ rất dễ thương và thân thiện, rất gần phố cổ, bước vài bước là tới, tiện cho việc đi bộ tham quan phố cổ. Phòng thì khá thoải mái, tuy nhiên thiếu ổ điện ở gần đầu giường, có dịp mình sẽ quay lại lần nữa.

可愛い家族が経営する可愛いゲストハウスです。 立地条件は最高でした。旧市街の中でも日本橋に近く、周りにコンビニ、薬局、お土産物屋さんがあります。 レンタルバイク・レンタルサイクルが格安であり移動も困りません。 ランドリーサービスも安く3回利用しました！ コミュニケーションも娘さんが英語が上手で困りません。他の家族も優しく親切でした。ベタベタしてこずいい感じで距離感もありでも家族のように接してくれます。 水回りは少し臭いがあります。シャワーは水圧は弱く水シャワーのみです。少しお湯が出る時もありました。 英語のみですが格安ツアーもあり、ホテルピックアップがない時は原付で無料で送ってくれます！私はダナンとフエツアーに参加しました。バイクに乗れる人ならダナンへは原付で言った方がオススメですね。ホイアンを自転車でウロウロするのも楽しいです。 帰るのが遅くなっても起きて待っていてくれました。 一人旅で寂しいと心配してくれ他の日本人のお客さんを紹介してくれたり？とても優しくしてくれました。 またホイアンへ行く事があれば必ずまた泊まりたいです！

Very Accommodating.
Was for one night and left at 4AM. Hosts were very understanding and let us out and waited with us till driver came. Room is clean and Spartan. Bed was very comfortable. Do keep your windows closed there are mosquitoes from the lake nearby.

離日本橋很近
飯店旁小巷就可以走到日本橋, 很方便 附近也很熱鬧, 只可惜飯店整潔要加強, 浴室沒有打掃乾淨 另外, 浴室的排水不良, 洗到一半就容易塞住有點可怕 回峴港是讓民宿老闆安排叫的車, 比我們來到會安便宜非常多 老闆娘人很親切

Proprietarie più interessate a vendere escursioni e servizi piuttosto che preoccuparsi del pernottamento degli ospiti. Stanza piccolissima che conteneva solo un materasso alla francese e un piccolo tavolinetto. Non c era nemmeno spazio per i bagagli. Aria condizionata rumorosissima.

Extremely friendly hosts!
We stayed here for 3 nights and we have to say we're very lucky we chose this homestay! Our host was extremely friendly and helpful; from giving us advice of where to visit/eat and even helping us book transportation/tours. They even offer money exchange here for a reasonable rate. If you're ever planning to stay in Hoi An, this is the place to go! It's close to all the tourist attractions (everything walkable) and about a 10 minute walk to the hoi an night market.

Sehr Freundliche Familie, Hilfsbereit, Sauberes Zimmer, Superlage... waren sicher nicht zum letzten mal dort

Good Value for money
This clean basic hotel is well located near the Ancient Town, a few minutes walk to the Japanese Bridge. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. There's loads of places around to do some shopping or eating.

Clean Homestay in the heart of the old town
I absolutely loved stopping by at Nha Lan Homestay! This adorable family works so hard to ensure that you have the best time ever! They serve an amazing Cao Lao for breakfast! The best I've ever heard. (The breakfast menu offers western choices as well if you are crazy enough not to like Vietnamese food!). The location is just perfect! 2 mins walk from the old town, 2 km from the beach. They offer a very cheap bicycles and motorbike rental service. They are also an agency which organises tours around the area and around the country. The room I have stayed in was very clean. Good quality for the price I have paid. The family also bought me a ban mi for the trip back to the airport! Highly recommended!

À l'entrée du quartier piéton, avec un très bon accueil. Une bonne option de logement à Hoi An !
