Happy at Ebisu Hot Spring Resort.

Excellent place. Hotel is right next to hot spring which is emptied every day to be cleaned.The bird garden is well designed with many kinds of bird. We like the low season with less than 50 visitors. We will come back to stay longer.

I love the place definetly i will come back again with my family in the right season. The crew is very helpful & smile. Crew hospitality is the main thing. Lugguage barrier should have a crew that really knowledgable about english because sometimes even you have google translate they very hard to understand the word you try to explain. Overall Excellent.

Great value, staff, and a lot of activities

This is our fourth visit to the hot springs resort. Our daughter enjoys the outdoor ateas particularly fhe dinosaur park and hot srpings. The food is fairly priced and decent. The staff are professional and friendly.

겨울여행 온천수영 완전좋아요. 최고!!!

마케비치앞 야외수영장있는 호텔에서 2박하면서 추워서 잠깐 수영했는데, 이후 2박을 여기서 하면서 야외 계곡온천물이 따뜻해서 애들 수영하기 완전 조아요. 겨울여행갈때 여기 리조트 투숙강추입니다. 그리고 워터파크 뿐아니라 공룡파크가 크게 조성되어 있어 아이들이 너무 조아했어요. 생일날 투숙하게 되어 무료 호텔룸 데코레이션 멋지게 해주셔서 완전 감동이였습니다. 다 좋았는데, 살짝 아쉬운점은 2인숙박 룸만 있어서 가족이 아이까지 다같이 한방을 못쓴 아쉬움이 남아요. 룸2개 가격이 비교적 저렴해서 이전에 2박한 마케비치앞 다른호텔 큰방(스위트) 1개 가격보다 약간 저렴했지만, 룸이 다르니 왔다갔다 불편했어요. 그리고 음식은 그냥저냥 이였어요

다시한번 갈곳^^

평가를 보고 조금 걱정했는데 생각보다는 괜찮았습니다. 그런데 써비스는 정말 제가 다닌 곳중에서도 별로 였어요. 직원들은 놀면서 도와주지도 일을 하지도 않고 인사도 안하고 뭐 그냥 그런부분을 포기하고 온천과 수영장만 보면 괜찮아요. 다들 다른 숙소에 있다가 당일치기로 오시는데 오히려 그게 좋을듯합니다. 저희는 컵라면이라도 가져가서 그래도 다행이였는데 정말 아무것도 안가져 오시면 힘들듯합니다 . 여기 식사는 아침은 나쁘지는 않았고, 저녁식사는 정말 아닌듯 합니다. 특히 피자.. 피자는 집에거 만드는것보다 맛이 없어요. 하지만 식당 직원중 룸써비스 해주신 분만 이곳에서 본직원중 제일 친절했습니다. 감사했습니다

The property has so much potential but falls short. Menus are confusing and not full translated. What is included with the stay is not properly posted. Staff is not very knowledgeable about where certain attractions are located. Reception bathroom was disgusting. The room's tub did not drain. Very hard to get food outside of breakfast time. I could go on and on.

초등 아이가 있다면 강력 추천.

다낭에서 50분 정도 걸림. 호텔보다는 대명리조트 느낌이 강함. 토요일 체크인 했는데 현지인이 어마어마하게 많음. 다낭 시민이 사랑하는 워터파크임이 틀림없음. - 호텔룸: 리조트 중심에 있는데, 워크샵 등 단체 고객 많아 좀 시끄러웠음. 시설은 조금 낡은 느낌. 3층 배정 받았는데 2층에서 걸어 올라가야 함. 호텔 서비스는 아니고 대명리조트 서비스 수준. - 시설: 넓은 부지, 노천온천수영장이 환상적임. 공룡공원도 아침에 산책하기 좋음. 수영장(워터파크) 시설 매우 좋음. 그러나 유수풀은 제 기능 발휘하지 못함. 파도풀은 서해안 파도 수준임. 슬라이드는 많이 기다리지 않아 좋음. - 조식: 예식장 식사 느낌이 강함. - 총평: 2인 10만원(4인가족: 13만원)에 적당한 호텔룸, 조식, 워터파크를 모두 즐길 수 있는 곳은 흔치 않음.

Lousy and indifferent guest service. Lousy breakfast, big lie about distance from this establishment to Ba Na Hills ( 20+ km not 2.5 miles) resulting in high cost of transportation to Ba Na Hills, very restrictive amenity which not disclosed on website.

Don’t be fool by the online pictures. Room smell which we had to air out. The food choices are very poor. Resort has only one restaurant on site and they serve the same set dinner menu every night. Be prepared to bring extra food if you’re planning to stay for more than a night. We were not even allowed to order from the room service menu because they were not making it.

Rooms needs to be clean before guests check in. Our room had paint paster falling off from the wall. We asked too switch rooms but none was available. Not a lot of food options and the only restaurant on site servers the same dinner menu every night we were there. Bring your own food if your planning to stay more than one night.

Love the hotspring

We love the hot spring and the mud bath. The room we Stayed had power problem and they had to transfer us in the middle of the night. The elevator smells bad like moldy smell. Staff are friendly, love the bathroom size and cleanliness.

My family with 2 teenagers 15 k 16 had a ball. We enjoyed everything here. I realize staff have difficulty with their Englishj but it's common in Vietnam. They are trying their best to attend to our needs. What a great place for nature lover like us . Wish we could have stayed longer. Such a relaxing place to unwind and easy way to get to Bana . Food is pretty good at the restaurant.

배드벅

밤새 배드벅과의 전쟁을 치루고 요청을 하여 방을 바꿨지만 이미 배드벅으로 인한 내 몸은 만신창이가 되었고, 약을 요청했지만 너무 늦은 시간 (12시)이라 약을 가지고 있지 않다고 했습니다. 한숨도 못자고 아침에 매니저를 호출하여 병원을 다녀왔습니다. 호텔측에서는 나에게 병원이외의 어떠한 조치를 취한 것이 없습니다. 나도 물론 이 일로 인해 보상을 바란것은 아닙니다. 하지만 집에 돌아온 지금도 나는 내 몸에 난 배드벅 자국과 가려움으로 매일매일 시달리고 있습니다. 같이 간 직원과 매니져는 연신 미안하다고 하였습니다. 그러나 이게 미안하다고 해결되는 건 아닌 것 같습니다. 밤 늦은 시간이라도 호텔측에선 대응을 해줬어야 합니다. 돌아와 아직 까지도 가려움으로 고통 받고 있습니다. 좀 더 강하게 말을 했었어야 했나 후회 합니다.
