Good location if you are a walker. GREAT STAFF.

This was my fifth year to the Princess. We had 4 rooms. If you want a hotel that the locals would stay at this is it. If you want all the amenities of a 4 Star hotel you can pay 4 times the amount and stay two blocks away.

Free upgrade to larger room

I stayed here during off season and the hotel upgraded me to a larger room for free. The room had a great ceiling to floor window with a view of the street below. The room also had a sofa for lounging around. It' conveniently located next to a 24-hour K-Mart for buying food late at night. They let me check out at 2pm with charging me extra as well. I wish they would have a chair that included a back for the long hours while working on a laptop. When I left the front desk, even offered to help me take my luggage down steps. The manager was very friendly as well.

잠깐 머물기 괜찮아요~

공항가기전 짐 놔두고 시내구경하고 잠깐 샤워하긴 괜찮았어요. 샤워실이 깨긋하진 않았지만, 수건도 약간 냄새나고.. 그래도 잠깐 머물다 가긴 이 가격에 괜찮은편이죠. 가까이 k마트도있고, 한식당 한국가든도 있고.

위치도 너무 좋았고 (성당이나 로컬식당, 다리주변 왔다갔다 등등..) 직원분들도 친절했으며 뷰, 조식 등등 전체적으로 매우 만족한 호텔입니다! 다음에 오게된다면 또 이용하고싶어요!

Friendly hotel for travellers on a budget

We arrived in Da Nang as our first destination in Vietnam before we travelled around. Princess hotel was exactly how I imagined a budget 3-star hotel in Vietnam. It was clean, comfortable, breakfast was decent (they did their best to make us westerners feel at home), room was big and the staff were very kind. Nothing more I could wish for l, for this price. Obviously if you expect the same standards as in Hanoi, Hue or HCMC you may need to lower your standards or pay a bit more for a different hotel. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a cheap stay in Da Nang. You may need to look up the address before arriving, as the taxi drivers in Da Nang do not really seem to know their way around, but even if they drive you around the block it's extremely cheap!

Excellent Stay

I have spent three months traveling all over Southeast Asia and this is by far my favorite hotel. It is located neatly between the beach and the city proper, an easy walk to both, the beds are fantastically comfy (especially by Vietnam standards), the breakfast spread is pretty impressive and the wifi was super strong. The real appeal though is how amazing the staff was. Everyone was just so genuinely friendly. Huyen at the front desk was excellent, as were all the other employees. I had a super great stay :)

Fantastic staff!

My room was fairly basic but clean and comfortable. The location was fine, halfway between city and beach and an easy walk to either. The best thing about this hotel was the fantastic staff - they were all so friendly and helpful and made our stay memorable! Definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable hotel but poor location

No complaints about the room: this was done to a decent standard (particularly at this price-range) and was clean. The location is not great though, with nothing but a few small restaurants (which were all empty when we were there) and local shops within walking distance. The area seemed to be a mixture of residential and business district. The staff were pretty helpful but did not speak much English (this was also the case in the surrounding shops and restaurants). Do not expect to find tourists in this area! The one advantage of the location is its proximity to the airport (approx. 4km).

毎年２～３回ダナンを訪問しています。今回４泊したプリンセスホテルは、現地日本人スタップの社宅に近い事もありチョイスしました。ホテルのの印象は、「お値段通り」または「プチ・ビジネスホテル」と言った所でしょうか。料金以上の事を期待して宿泊してはいけません。しかし、ホテルスタッフの対応、部屋の清潔度・周辺環境等に、全く不満・不便・不快な点は感じませんでした。曜日の関係（日曜～水曜）か、宿泊者は少なく、そのため夜間の騒音も無く、快眠することができました。また、大通りに面してなく、団体客（ベトナム・中国・韓国）が宿泊していないのも良い点です。ミーケー・ビーチにも近く、これからの海水浴シーズンは混むかも知れません。

Excellent location handy to CBD and beach friendly service
