“First and foremost the owner Edgar communicated really well with us and we felt comfortable that any issues would be dealt with promptly. Thr place itself is not exactly luxury but the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. It was a short walk to a beautiful lake with all kinds of birds and a really nice little restaurant, "the peach cafe" and ice cream. One warning I would have is the bedroom doorways are not high and very tall people may hit their head but its a small thing.Thanks...

“This was the perfect stay for my daughter and I. We were close to USF for a campus tour and not super far from Busch Gardens. The beaches were a bit further, but that was not the purpose of our trip. The only thing that wasn't clear to me is that the place is attached to the owner's residence. We did not have any outside space. The apt. had no windows. Very claustrophobic. The only window in the place was a small one in the entrance door. It was clean but very small.
