My Mom, 78 and friend 76 (both still in good shape) all had a blast in the cutest little house. Decorated in the cutest way, love the Christmas tree, great area. The ladies say maybe add a handrail for the porch steps and a rail in the shower maybe? Couldn't have had a better experience! Thanks! Della

Cutest little cottage! Loved the decor! Had everything we needed. Very quiet location, yet only three blocks from downtown. Enjoyed the front porch swing & watching the sunrise. Would stay again! ♥️ Dahlonega is a delightful town. Gorgeous area to watch the trees change for Autumn!

Positively Perfect

Wow!! It looks just like the pictures and it was perfect for my family. The house was super clean and so cute. The master shower was amazing as well as the mattresses on both beds. It was so close to the little downtown area and close to the University of North Georgia. The communication from Suches was nothing short of amazing and they kept in touch all the way up until we arrived. The record player in the living room was awesome, along with some very good records to play. There were TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. We were so pleased with our stay and can't wait to go back.

Walkable to DT Dahlonega

We’ve made several trips to this area but this was our first stay close to downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. And the bonus was, we happened to be there for the Bear on the Square festival! It was sooo nice to not have to struggle for parking!! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean.

A warm and charming home in a quiet neighborhood that is easily walkable to the Dahlonega town square. And great porches front and rear to sit and enjoy morning coffee, an evening glass of wine or just hang with friends

Darling Cottage in Dahlonega

We were in town for a wedding and found this cottage to be perfect. Great location in quiet residential neighborhood. Convenient to town. Cottage was clean and all new appliances. Property manager was helpful and prompt with communication. Would stay here again.

Enchanting Cottage

The very best location, clean & perfect for a weekend or extended stay. Stocked with many extras with the newest coffee shop called Blue 42 up the street and around the corner walking distance to activities & shopping in public square. Return to a coffee on the back porch with the birds, squirrels & relaxing scenery. Highly Recommend!

Great location, newly renovated house

The house is obviously newly renovated. The house is small but very nicely done. The location can’t be beat! A short walk to the center of Dahlonega and shops and restaurants while being located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this house!

A Dahlonega Christmas Visit

The "Gold in the Hills" cottage is exactly as advertised. A charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage in downtown Dahlonega. Totally refurbished and very cute, it is located mere minutes from the historic sguare in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beds are comfortable, the master shower is amazing, a cozy, quiet cottahe to get away!
