The complex features a washing machine and dryer for shared use. The apartment includes a parking space (not suitable for large vehicles) in the underground garage (1.94 m high).

This vacation rental includes a seasonal beach chair (April 1–September 30). It is located at the Krebs beach chair rental on the main beach (no dogs allowed!).
