“Two very nice and comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, full-sized bathroom, and a living room. I stayed two nights for the local marathon. The host was extremely accommodating, provided detailed instructions, free WiFi, and answered questions promptly. The biggest surprise was having access to free laundry facilities on-site, even the detergent and fabric softener were provided. If I am fortunate enough to come back to this gem of a city, I hope I am able to stay here again. ”

“We booked this place a few days in advance, then they cancelled our reservation the afternoon we were to check in, without any contact or explanation. Given this was a popular weekend in Fargo, we were stuck scrambling for a place to stay. Very very poor form.”

“Loved the historic craftsman woodwork, decorations and size. Spacious with big table and sitting area. Appreciated kitchen stocked with dishes & utensils. A fresh coat of paint and thorough cleaning would really bring the rating up. Limited places to park on street, parking ramp across from building, which seems to be hangout for sketchy characters. Wouldn’t feel comfortable alone but fine with family. Check in a bit chaotic, but overall it was comfortable last minute option. ”

“We stayed as a group of six - two couples and two single folks - and this apartment had plenty of space (and bathrooms!!). The location was perfect - walkable to everything downtown. We really only had to drive for the airport, race, and a grocery store. The building has a college living vibe, but we found it to be very quiet. Not the most stylish place, but clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs! ”

“4th time to stay in this complex, good rates, and comfortable bed. Not fancy but does the job and allows our dogs. Listing for Badlands says 2 bedroom but is a bedroom and a futon in the living area. We are staying in July in the Family unit (2 bedrooms/baths) for our son’s wedding. ”
