“We were in DeSmet for my grandmothers funeral. This space made us feel like we were at home. It was nice and quiet. Had everything we needed. We have been staying in Brookings the past few times we’ve visited family because we don’t care for the hotel in town. But this is a game changer for us and we will definitely be booking again!! ”

“The Mountain View was beautiful and the location was as close to the places we went. The kitchen was the nicest part of the house. We didn’t have any contact with our hosts during our stay. As for the negative parts of our stay, the tub/shower drain drained slowly and a rust-colored oily substance seemed to come up from the drain, a mouse was in the bathroom, and we couldn’t get the television to work. This is not a property we will visit again.”
