“This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. “Nice comfortable ground level condo with everything needed. 10 minute access to Ft Worth Stock Show. Only complaint was banging doors in the am from the stairwell that are directly adjacent to the bedroom.Very attentive hosts who responded quickly to questions and kept us well informed.Will stay again”
