My family and I were in town to enjoy some family fun throughout the Dallas Metroplex. This hidden gem was the greatest stay for us. There were enough rooms for us all to relax, after hours of fun in The Texas Sun!

Just What We Wanted

It was very comfortable for us.Communication with the property manager was good, especially with our late check-in, we had no problems.Someone else mentioned the living room ceiling; yes, you can tell work was done, but they did not leave an open hole, it is close up.The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hope it is available the next time we visit our family.

Great Stay

Had a group of 6 girls for a weekend and was is a perfect location to the stadium. Plenty of spots for sleep, great outdoor seating, & safe locks. The host is very easy to communicate with and understanding. If you plan of cooking during you stay bring you own aluminum foil!

Nice location for stadium events

The house was a comfortable place for our group. We were attending events at Choctaw Stadium and this was a terrific location. I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process as we did not receive the information until 3 hours prior to our check-in time. We were meeting friends and we were not all arriving at the same time so this was a bit inconvenient.

Walking distance to AT&T Stadium, but......

This is an old house, I get it. But this house has soooo much potential to be such a great place to stay. The interior of this house needs a lot of work. The ceiling in places is coming down, there is a hole in the living room floor that was cut out and reset. The bathrooms were re-done but looks like someone just watch YouTube to get it done. The back yard is big but useless and uninviting. Would I stay here again. Yes. But only because I can walk to AT&T stadium. I hope they fix these couple things before next year. It would make it much more enjoyable.

Poor communication

I was not given any information about check in before arriving to the location. When at the location, I had no access code to get into the door. The owner wasn’t answering messages or phone calls. I was outside the location for 45 minutes and on the phone with vrbo for 35 minutes before they got an access code for me. Not at all an ideal situation and thank goodness vrbo was able to help us out otherwise the owner didn’t contact us until later that night about check in instructions

Super great location. We were competing in the American at Globe life Arena easy access from the house. Super quiet neighborhood with great access! Hope to be back next year!

Don't rent this in the summer

The location was great and that's about the only thing great. None of the doors close properly, the back door is splitting and there are 2 wasp nest on a window frame by the back door. The AC is either in need of repair, the house needs a bigger one, or they need to replace the windows. No matter what you set the AC on it doesn't get below 77 until about 1am then by 8 am it's back up to 77 again. The garbage disposal and dishwasher smell like a spoiled dish cloth. There are cracks in the walls and ceiling. You get a ton of emails and texts before you check in but no one responds back to either email or text. The washer only washes on hot even on the delicate setting. Neither bathroom has a vent in it so it is super hot in the summer and I would imagine its freezing in the winter. There are a lot of uneven surfaces as well which was trying for my elderly father in love who was with us. We have stayed in a lot of VRBO and this one was very disappointing. We will not rent from this company again.
