We had a graduation in Fort Worth and this place was the perfect location!

Excellent location, clean, and very comfortable. The owner/host was very accommodating. Will stay here again. :)

Pleasant Stay

Family from different parts of Texas met up for a large event and the property is old & could use some updates/TLC but it’s a nice property in a great neighborhood. Very large and spacious home and priced moderately compared to other listings. Karen was easy & pleasant to work with which was a huge plus. Made renting comfortable. Might have to seek this place up again when we need to stay in town again.

Roomy home for large group.

Family came to honor their brother at memorial service. Home provided comfortable space to sort through his belongings and gather for meals. Bedroom floors are totally unfinished with bare concrete. Suggest inexpensive hard surface flooring be added.

Not what I expected.

The house was in a beautiful established neighborhood and has lots of potential, but it needs work. The house was charming, but it was hard to get past the fact that most rooms had extremely old carpet or no flooring at all. I’m a fan of stained concrete, but this was just a house where they had ripped up existing tile/carpet/linoleum and called it done. It was pretty clean, but the concrete was rough and felt like being in a construction zone. Some of the bathroom doors were pocket doors that were taped off an unable to use which left little privacy in the bathroom. Overall, we got over it and had a pretty good stay. But I would not book this house again. TONS of potential, but needs work.

Beautiful Home

This property was super nice and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasure dealing with the owner. Ms. Dotson is very sweet!! If you need to stay somewhere in the area this is the place to be!!

Property not exactly as described

The pictures of the bedrooms are not current. There also is not a second dining room table in the house. It says the sofa is a sleeper sofa but we couldn't figure it out if it was. The listing says it sleeps 14 but it does not. The bedrooms sleep 10 with the full bed/twin bunk beds. The kitchen has very few cooking utensils and had no knives other than butter knives. It also doesn't have a can opener and had very few pans. The owner never responded to my emails, calls, or texts. Evolve was very good about responding to my questions before checking in. The neighborhood was quiet and the house overall was fine, it just didn't suit my needs like expected.

We felt at Home!

Everything was smooth. Once we settled in, we it felt like home. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and friends came. They commented how well the property was kept up and how inviting it was. We are excited to go back!
