Host was very easy to communicate with. Had an issue with the door pass code entry, it was around 10:30 pm. Was taken care of fairly quickly. A good stocked of amenities such as: coffee pods, plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, pans, hair dryer, washing machine/detergent, etc. Very much like a hotel room is stocked with a little more.TRAVEL ADVISORY:Construction next door. A townhome next door looked like it had been burned down. They are starting to work on that project, generators and equipment. The dog barking is hit and miss. Didn't find him too annoying. He would bark off and on for about 10-20min. then quiet again, my family felt it was sporadic.Local area is great! Starbucks, Groceries, CVS, all within walking distance. If your an active runner, a park next door with trails is nice. VERY central to the expressway. Rooms and mattress(are extremely firm!! but my husband and I work up without our backs hurting which was great!) are fine. There is a weird way the outlets work. The queen bed room had no power unless the light switch was on. So we had to run off the main light via the fan pull switch to charge our phones. Just an awareness issue. No face towels, just the bigger towels that you dry dishes with. Not sure if people are stealing them? Other than that was a nice stay, the parking was fine, the local residents looked a little rough, but stayed to themselves.
