Was dirty, not as described. Bedding was terrible. Had a ceiling leak due to rain storm. Had two nights with water dripping into bucket. Back and front yards not mowed. Fire pit was a joke!

Before booking, we asked the host if we can cancel our 23 night stay early if our home renovation finishes earlier. The host said yes and to give him 5 days notice to put the property back online. Fair. The backyard is unkempt with overgrown weeds. The duplex smelled like cat urine, there was a dirty sponge and unfilled dish soap at the rusty kitchen sink. The couches had many liquid stains and we felt like we were sitting on pee. The fridge’s seal was undone so we were concerned about mold problems. The wifi wasn’t working. The host was trying to fix the wifi problem, which was imperative for my husband to work. Being that we were recovering from COVID, we decided to leave and asked if anything can be done with the payment because we were only there for an hour. The host asked if it was fair to charge us 5 days and we agreed because we had already agreed to that at the initial inquiry. I also asked if he could take off the pet and cleaning fees, he said “yes”. He contacted VRBO and told us that they are only letting him give 50% refund or no refund due to the cancelation policy that he chose. He gave us 50% because he said it didn’t seem fair for no refund. I reminded him that he agreed to a 5 day paid before we booked and he denied that. We are writing this review because many of the other reviews of this property are not what we experienced. The host was very responsive, but overall, the duplex did not feel clean and more effort needed to be put into it.

Nice convenient location and we were 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do. I liked the fact that it was a 2 BR, 2 Bath home. However, bathrooms do need some updating along with toiletry supplies such as shampoo, body wash, and small towels.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood

We stayed here for attending a competition at The Star. The place was clean, quiet and centrally located to everywhere we went. Decent size back yard that the kids could run around. Patrick was quick to respond to messages, flexible and so kind.

This house was the perfect location for us. Patrick was easy to communicate with and warned us about damage that was done by the previous tenant. That is the reason for the cleanliness ranking.

I needed a place close to where I was going all week. This was very close. The neighborhood was a mix of some older areas and some new. Walked everyday and felt safe. Location was close to all the places you might want to go. The house was ok. Seems like it might be in transition. Could have used a little more deep cleaning. There bathroom supplies could have been better. And a few things need to be worked on to make it a nicer place to stay.

This house was walking distance to several restaurants. Communication was replied quickly. Older home that needs TLC. Thrift store furniture filled the small areas. All supplies were available. (Toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc….

Great stay in Frisco

We were in town for the Plano Labor Day soccer tournament. This rental was such a perfect location for us. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. The check in and check out were a breeze. We loved having the advantage of a kitchen and washer and dryer that we wouldn’t get from a hotel room. The rental was very clean, and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. The directions to the property were very clear and it was very nice to be able to park in the back of the house and walk in the rough the back. Very close to Wal-Mart and restaurants. We could not be happier with our stay and look forward to booking again in the future.
