• Please ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property

Noise & Neighborhood

• Please respect quiet hours from **10:00 PM – 8:00 AM**
• Be mindful of neighbors—this is a peaceful residential area

Home Care

• Please treat the home and all amenities with care
• Do not move or remove furniture without permission
• Any damages must be reported immediately

Amenities Use

• Game room and movie theater must be used responsibly
• Children must be supervised when using entertainment areas
• Do not eat or drink near equipment that could be damaged

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: after 4:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• Early/Late check-out only with prior approval and based on availability - an additional fee $25/hr
