Said 2 full baths but had only 1

The listing said it had 2 full baths but the Master bath shower water temp was not adjustable and was scalding hot so couldn’t be used. It was obvious that it had been that way for awhile and was not reviewed to us. Contacted them and they said they would schedule their plumber and let me know their arrival. They never let me know so we ended up having to check out a day early and get 2 hotel rooms for the last night. The property manager offered a 10% off on our next stay but would do nothing on adjusting the price on this stay even tho they wanted to know our arrival time so they could send someone over to make sure everything was as it should be there before we checked in. Also had to Contact them after we arrived to get house code for access to the house.

Unclean and unprepared property

The property managers of this place stated that cleaners were there "cleaning" a day or two prior to my arrival, and that pool maintenance regularly comes twice a week. The house was not clean: dead bugs/flys on floors and carpets, cobwebs and spiderwebs with bugs stuck to them on every ceiling edge and ceiling corner in the entire house, dirt and debis on the stairs. The pool was not clean nor working: completely covered with leaves and used napkins on the bottom of the pool floor. The reason I specify "pool floor" is because if the pool was at all cleaned, I would accept dirt/debris on the pool if it was floating, as it takes a few days for leaves to sink to the bottom, therefore it can be implied that the pool was never cleaned prior to our arrival, the skimmer basket was also filled and never cleaned/emptied. The pool also was not working at all, the jets never turned on throughout the entire stay. The owner did send a cleaner to clean the house a few days in, and said he'll send the pool guy, but no one ever came

Decent Quite Place

The house is nice overall and the management was easy to communicate with. My downsides would be there are plenty of spots you can tell this was most likely a flipped house (floors not lining up, some sidding missing things like that). The outside camera alsp emitts a high pitched ringing anytime someone walked outside so that got annoying. The modern furniture looks really nice but it lacks in being able to sit and enjoy the living space.

Looks great in pics, but not super practical

The house was nice. Mostly as advertised. Though there was no poker table as pictured and as listed in the main heading. The seating in the dining room and couches in the living room are cool to look at in the pictures, but aren’t really that practical for legit use, especially if you’re planning on lounging around any. They are kinda tiny and retro vibe. The kitchen is bare bones but has some inexpensive pots, pans, prep, dishes, etc that get the job done for a couple of days. The Keurig was stocked with a selection of coffees which was nice. The property manager was easy to work with and communication was excellent. The house is listed as a 4bedroom, but one bedroom was locked. We had a group of 6 and expected the 4th bedroom to be available. A quick msg to the property mgr fixed this, but I would recommend more transparency about this situation. Is it 4 bedrooms or 3? The house gets very warm in the summer even with the a/c working full blast. There are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs, instead opting for cool but impractical artistic light fixtures in each bedroom. (Likely a design choice after a flip.) if you are hot natured, or expect moving air at night, you’re gonna want to bring a fan. The pool and patio outside was relaxing and provided fun for the kids. Also, it was a couple days past the 4th of July so the trash in the front did not get picked up (I’m assuming because the city was backed up which is understandable. ) However, the pile of unpicked up trash in and outside of the bins in the backyard was unacceptable. (Easily 6-8 large full bags of trash) All in all, a good place to stay for a reasonable price, but needs a few course corrections.

Nice PropertyVery Responsive Host

This appeared to be a very nice property. Our timing in hottest part of a very hot summer did not help. The pool was very nice but the fan under the patio cover had some combination of three switches that had to be on to work and the odd switch inside was off. Even the owner and his helper did not know how it worked. Just by chance we figured out combination last day and really enjoyed it. There was a similar situation with kitchen lights. Also deep in the description on line it said poker room and TV/game room had no AC. Makes them of little use in heat of summer. Also, upper main bedroom had no ceiling fan and was very warm A book with explanation of all switches and control of electronics would be nice. In defense of manager, he said he had property a short time and had not had a chance to get everything figured out. Manager was very responsive and easy to work with. If everything had worked as expected and tv room and poker room had air, this would get a 5. But having to spend a lot of time figuring things out brings it down to a 4.

We enjoyed our stay, it felt home away from home. Everything was clean and well put together when we arrived. Loved every bit of it! Especially the pool and patio. Very beautiful 10/10 recommend.
