There was a nice bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, but it would have been nice to have the option to turn it on earlier. Very comfortable house!

Easy check in process. Looks like the photos, although there is a bit cosmetic issues that could definitely be fixed. There seems to be missing dishes that you see in the photos, that are no longer there. The steps next the front door inside are hard to see and my father almost fell a couple times. There is a sign, but maybe having some sort of tape could be useful! The double shower is amazing, but doesn’t seem to drain properly. And the frosted glass seems to be peeling away from other guests scratching/drawing in it. The bedroom door on the left side of the hallway doesn’t latch shut for some reason. We had an issue with the A/C not working one day and the hosts immediately sent someone out asap to get it fixed, we really appreciated the quick resolution. Hot tub and pool were great. We even asked to turn the hot tub on a few times earlier than the posted time and it was no issue and they turned it on quickly after asking. The lake view was beautiful. Especially in the morning and seeing the sunrises. Host was very easy to communicate with and always got a quick response. The arcade games were fun for the boys and we really enjoyed them. Not sure if the floor is just worn out from foot traffic, but it almost makes it look dirty, even if that’s not the case. It’s a beautiful home and we enjoyed it as a family. Would definitely recommend again.

The home was very clean, although not in the best of shape. The TV in 1 of the bedrooms didn't work - it had a sign taped to it that it was broken. It was kind of a pain having to message the landlord each time we wanted the hot tub turned on. Otherwise it's a great location, very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. The game room was a lot of fun especially for our grandson.

the place has a lot of wood rot from water damage, fog in windows the patio deck with covering floor was rotted and dangerous the outside bar made of Sinder blocks was falling apart . the fence post were rotted and falling over and the pool was cracking and missing a lot of tiles, overall really run down, not a safe place for small children

We stayed here with a group of seven and had a good time overall, but there were definitely some quirks that are worth mentioning for future guests. The house pool has a fantastic view of the lake, but it’s clear the house has been flipped with a lot of DIY projects that aren’t quite finished or done with much precision. Doors and drawers didn’t always close properly, and the layout includes a step down right at the entrance that’s easy to miss—two of our guests stumbled over it.The grill looked great in the listing but was unfortunately not usable—too deteriorated to be safe. We ended up pivoting to cooking indoors, but the kitchen cookware was extremely scratched up, which made us hesitant to use it. Thankfully, a couple of guests lived nearby and were able to bring their own gear.The rooms were comfortable and the shower itself was great, but the bathroom floor is sloped in a way that keeps water from draining properly.All in all, the house has charm and could be fantastic with some professional finishing touches. We still enjoyed our stay but hope the owners invest in a few updates to make the space as functional as it is inviting.

Six Flags/Rangers Game Getaway

The house was wonderful, very clean, and spacious. My teenagers really enjoyed the game room and pool. The lake was also a pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again when we come down for a Rangers game.

Family weekend

Location and view of lake was great. Game room was fun and kids enjoyed it. Pool was a little dirty upon arrival but notified the host and they were there the next morning to resolve. Would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful View at a Clean, Fun Property

We enjoyed our time at this property. The view of the lake was beautiful. The hot tub was a lot of fun and the inside of the house was clean with a lot of amenities provided.

Easy and convenient

We were visiting from California to see our son play football at SMU. This was a great spot outside of the city for us to go back and forth to. The kids LOVED the game room!!! The lake view was beautiful. It was just what we needed at a price that was fair. Thank you so much!

Tolles Haus

The perfect spot!

The place was just what we were looking for. We came with our 2 boys (14 & 10) and they had a blast in the pool and playing the arcade games. We even bought a fishing pole and went to the lake behind the house. Everything we needed was there and the hosts were great about answering questions and making sure didn't have to lift a finger when cleaning and checking out. Definitely recommend!

Home feeling with beautiful views

Great view! Sunrise over the lake & pool every morning! It is an older home, that is comfortable with that home feeling. House is maintained & very clean. Also, a well stocked home with bath/pool towels, shampoo/rinse & soap, kitchen items to cook with to include lots of herbs. The best surprise was the very well stocked coffee/tea bar! Pool& spa were crystal clear. Spa heated up very quickly and was hot (@102), just no jets. Hosts responded within minutes to questions & were very helpful Would recommend to everyone from families to someone just wanting to get away.

Great family home
