The constant emails/texts about respecting noise levels was extremely annoying, especially when we didn’t make any noise and were hardly at the rental. This property was described as a “luxury” home, which is definitely not the case. The bed linens were 200 thread count with a high polyester percentage, either 60/40 or 80/20 cotton/poly. The bed linens were crunchy and very hot. These are NOT luxury linens. Luxury bed linens would be 100% cotton and 400 thread count. There were plenty of towels and the house was clean. The master bedroom had wallpaper ripped off the wall. The dining room had plastic chairs. I was very disappointed in the quality of the home - definitely wasn’t as described. And the rudest thing ever was having someone parked out side the home at 9:45 AM the day of checkout. If checkout isn’t until 10:00 AM, I shouldn’t see anyone hovering outside watching us leave. They should arrive AFTER 10:00 AM. This was our first time renting with VRBO and I was very disappointed.

Good spot

Roomy house in solid location and spotlessly clean. Covered hot tub was well maintained and great to soak in! Neighborhood is a bit rundown and the house finishes are contractor grade. Kitchen is not stocked with basic cooking supplies. Average value for the price.

Good Location

Good central location for attending sports events at the stadiums. Renovated home in quiet residential neighborhood. Easy access for traveling to Ft Worth, airport, or Dallas. Dealing with the rental management company is a bit of a pain.

Football Weekend

We arrived on Sat. afternoon, in time to grill and relax while watching college football. After enjoying the spacious home, well stocked with very thoughtful amenities, we retired to the hot tub. A perfect day 1. Day two was a visit AT&T Stadium. Premier location for this! Wal-Mart is nearby, plenty of restaurants and bar options. It was only a 5 minute drive home afterwards. ..Amazing. And again, Just in time to relax and catch a great night's sleep. Comfortable beds. Great home layout. Great location. Would definitely book again.

Ideal Arlington House

I was trying to find a house in Arlington for a number of family members. This was the ideal property with 5 bedrooms and ideal gathering area for the family. Very clean and well appointed in an ideal location that allows you to get anywhere in the DFW area easily.

Great Family Cowboys Weekend!

We try to make it to at least one Cowboys game a year with our family. We usually have a group of 8-16 people and age ranges 19-65. This year we had 12 of us staying together. This house fit us perfectly! Very well kept, easy to get to, walking distance to the stadium. We had a great time. Will definitely stay here for future trips!

Family trip

We enjoyed the space we had at the house. There were plenty of kitchen amenities for us to enjoy family meals, including grilling on the gas grill. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub too. Communication was great, checking went smoothly, which was wonderful when we ended up delayed and arrived late in the night. Our family of 6 would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for a show at AT&T stadium

Walking distance to stadium for Taylor Swift concert. House appears newly remodeled and is in excellent condition. Management was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend home if you have a group going to a concert or event!

Cleanest place in town

From start to finish our experience was wonderful!! We arrived a bit early and were able to get in right away. When we opened the door we were more than impressed!! Such a clean and inviting home. There were plenty of beds for everyone and the house was stocked full of kitchen utensils. The outdoor space was exquisite and perfect for our group to enjoy. 5 Stars for sure!!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Great and super clean place to stay that is within walking distance to AT&T Stadium (you can actually see the top of the stadium from the front window), super close to the Rangers, Texas Live, Six Flags and UTArlington. This house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood three blocks from AT&T Stadium. The house was super clean, had EVERYTHING you need including shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. Plenty of towels, pots and pans to cook with and a really nice hot tub in the spacious back yard. We had an incredible GREAT weekend! We will definitely be booking this place again!
