Inconveniente con una persona del Staff
Estuvo bien, solo en el check in, el staff no queria aceptarme mi tarjeta de México porque no trae nombre les explique que actualmente los bancos en cuestión de tarjeta de débito ya no te la dan con nombre impreso, pero uno de ellos realmente tenia duda pero otra Sra. que no tengo su nombre por cierto hispana se puso hasta agresiva, ya hasta que el primer joven fue y le pregunto al manager y ya nos permitio pagar obviamente mostrando identificación y la aplicación del banco, pero esta reacción de la Sra. Del Staff lo sentí mas como racista que por politicas del hotel fue muy grosera

Siempre me gusta estar ahí
El hotel siempre está muy bien, entiendo que por la pandemia hay muchas restricciones, pero en general hacen lo posible por atendernos bien y limpiar (hay que programar con la recepción los días para limpiezas light y profundas). Me encantó la modalidad del desayuno y la atención de todos :)

Sonesta ES Suites llenó mis espectativaa
Excelente hotel cuando se viaja en familia. Tienes lo necesario en la suite para pasar los días cómodamente. Precio accesible. Creo q deben mejorar el tiempo entre limpiezas del cuarto, al menos cada dos días. El personal es muy atento, profesional y amable.

Nuestra estancia estuvo regular, la limpieza del edificio deja mucho que desear, el elevador nunca estuvo limpio, el piso pegajoso, las habitaciones nunca las hicieron solo el día que llegamos estuvo arreglada y limpia, los demás días tuvimos que hacer nosotros sacar basura hacer camas etc. Sabemos que estamos en pandemia el desayuno no muy bueno pero entendemos es por esta situación.

Checked into our room the first day and we noticed the floors around the beds were not vacuumed. There were bits of toilet paper? around the ground. We found hair on the bathroom floors and the towels provided. The bedsheets provided were stained already and had holes in them. This has been the most unclean booking I’ve had in the Dallas area.

The outside of the property is poorly maintained. There were people just hanging around at all hours of the night which felt unsafe.

My family and I stayed here recently and it was the best extended stay hotel we have stayed at. We stayed in the two bedroom and there was plenty of space for me, my husband and children. I was pleasantly surprised by the fully stocked kitchen.

Office staff was incredibly rude. The condition of the building A was abysmal and smelled awful. There were young children running up and down the halls unsupervised and screaming loudly.

The staff was very kind but the property had a bunch of cigarettes outside the door. We did not receive any blankets for the pullout bed and the hall was very loud with barking dogs all hours of the night. The maid service knocked on our door at 8:45 and when we answered the door there was noone there and the maid walked down the halI. Very weird. It was okay for the cost just a little disappointing

Front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast rules are uncomplimentary. YOU MUST SIT AND EAT IN THE KITCHEN. NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN YOUR ROOM WITH KIDS AND SPOUSE. VERY UNACCOMDATING. NOT ALLOWED TO WALK AWAY WITH NOTHING TO YOUR ROOM. This is my first experience with any hotel. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

Relaxation in Dallas
The hotel was in a really great area and super close to a venue we were going to see an artist. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend if visiting Dallas. I will come back!
