Host was very nice to add TV for me. After that it was downhill. They said there was a back yard fenced in and there was a pool which took up the whole backyard and so we had to leash and walk our dog several times a day. There were many, many roaches. I took videos. The sent someone but it didn't take care of the roaches. The washing machine had parts come off the first time I used it and they sent someone to fix it but the dryer still took 3 hours to dry towels. The was water on the floor from the kitchen sink on day 3. The bathtub leaked the whole time. At first we were told we couldn't have a garage door opener and we weren't allowed to park in front of the house. So I had to get out of the car in front and open the front door then drive around to the back to get in. At 71 years I was hopping over the laser to get in and out of the garage. The furnishings were awful. Used and dirty and stained. I brought a couple of throws to cover them. The kitchen had a scarred wooden table with 3 metal chairs like prison chairs and the formal dining room was a plastic table with plastic chairs. The beds were like sleeping on wooden planks and the final straw for me was that my granddaughter woke up with bug bites all over her arm and face. I have asked for a full refund and they have offered 30% It was a nightmare stay and we have stayed at several VRBOs which were luxurious and wonderful OH and the ice machine made one tiny batch of ice every 24 hours.
