Perfectly located near Highland Park Shopping Center and SMU. Quiet neighborhood. House is immaculate. Will be renting this property again every time we visit our daughter who will be attending SMU in the fall.

We love this location and it is always super clean! The house is so cute and the neighborhood is safe! We love staying here bc the rooms are big, the house has everything we need, & it feels like home! Def one of our favorite places to stay as store owners who are shopping at Dallas Market!

The house was nicely appointed and well laid out, but there were a few disappointing factors as follows:The house is located in the departure and arrival flight pattern of Love Field resulting in loud noise levels from 6:30 AM until about 9:30 PM each day.Primary bath shower did not drain properly, and several doors to bedrooms/entrance were very hard to close/open.The fire pit outside was not operable due to a leaking Propane gas outlet.The bedroom listed as a double twin room was a sofa trundle bed and had no closest, so essentially an office space and not a useful bedroom for an adult.

The Gretel was very comfortable, location is excellent, and the hosts were responsive. We enjoyed our holiday stay at The Gretel and appreciated the special touches like the holiday decorations and lighted Christmas tree. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful and entry was easy with the keypad. The house was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and living spaces. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. Everyone immediately changed and got in the hot tub. Relaxing evening in and around hot tub, guys loved the outdoor TV! And can I just add they have the most amazing grass( that I know want the same in my yard). All of the beds were comfortable! Only hate we were only staying one night…. Will definitely return.

Great place overall. Check in and out was easy. Bedroom are nice and plenty of beds. The reason for 4 stars is that the 4th bedroom is really an office space. There is a bed but no closet if bathroom to accommodate it. Other than that it’s very nice. It’s clean which is the most important part. The jacuzzi was a treat too.

Volleyball Tournament!

The sisters have done a great job decorating the house with high end finishes. We could tell that they gave a lot of thought to equipping the kitchen with quality appliances, dishes, pots and pans. They anticipated what guests would like in the bathrooms as well. Our grandsons loved watching the outside tv while being in the hot tub.The neighborhood was older but the houses were very cool and well maintained. We felt comfortable and safe.We were there for The National Volleyball Championships! Our granddaughter’s team placed third in the nation! Very fun time!

We were shopping at DMC all week and this house was the perfect location. It is also soooo cute, offering much space! The neighbor is super kind as well! We felt safe and the hosts were very informative and helpful!

Granddaughter surgery

The house was amazing, very comfortable and in a nice safe neighborhood. The hospital was just a few minutes away, and amazing restaurants were also just a few minutes away. We would definitely book this house again. There was plenty of room for the eight of us, the house seemed bigger than what it looked like in the pictures.

Great place for a group!

We were visiting Dallas for a conference and rented a place with friends who were also attending. The house was lovely. We wish we could have spent more time there! Will definitely rent again if we're back in Dallas.

Great Home and Location

We actually used this property for a location photography shoot. Everything was well appointed and description was very accurate. I would highly recommend this property for a stay. Super convenient to Love Field and downtown Dallas.The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly.

Wonderful experience

House was lovely, beds were comfy! House was clean, and it was very nice of the hosts to have a few things there for you to get you started (snacks, condiments, coffee, laundry pods,ect). The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions. Check out process was super simple and easy. It is close to the airport, and planes are heard during the day, but at night we didn’t have an issue. I would absolutely stay here again!

The stay was satisfactory. As noted in the ratings, the manager, cleanliness and location of the property were very good. The only real issue is the noise from the planes taking off and landing from Dallas' Love Field.

Great house

Had a nice stay and really enjoyed the house. Nicely decorated. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and happy to find some toys and games upstairs to play with. Owners were great and easy to work with.
