They did a great job on the remodel in a historic home. The home looked just like the pictures posted.The home owner was very pleasant, responsive, and detailed in all messaging before and after our arrival. Check in was smooth. We felt safe in the neighborhood and very safe inside the home. The home was super clean and had everything you can think of. The home was smart too, which made it feel like home. The beds were comfortable as well. Restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores were a short distance or just minutes away. The only thing that threw me off while sleeping the first night was the flood light (BTW - great lighting over the parking lot) outside the bedroom window. Just make sure the blackout curtains cover the entire window. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay in Dallas

This was the perfect spot for my daughter and I for Easter weekend. The treehouse is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully crafted. The decor and bedding are beautiful and comfortable—a hard thing to accomplish! The amenities were excellent and met our every need. Communications with Marisol were regular, friendly, and helpful. It was the perfect location for our downtown Dallas needs. Would stay again and highly recommend!

One of the best

Great spot for a conference at the convention center. Bishop Arts has a ton of great restaurants and is an easy walk. The unit was very comfortable and had everything I needed. Will definitely come back the next time I’m in Dallas. Marisol was a delight to communicate with and was very responsive.

So Pleasant

We were so pleased with this comfortable and colorful place! Marisol added thoughtful details that made it easy to find what we needed, everything was fresh and clean, and the coffee station was a coffee lover’s dream. We hope to book a return trip the next time we’re in Dallas!

Super clean, cute unit! Host was 100% the best.

We were in town for a little work and a little staycation. The unit was plenty big for the two of us, we had spaces of our own to spread out and work when needed. The unit is very well equipped with everything we could think of, including snacks and coffee. The host was great, super responsive to our needs and requests.

Very clean, organized, and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay in The Godwit. Everything was very clean and organized. There were nice snacks and a lovely coffee bar. All the needed kitchen amenities were provided as well. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Marisol was very kind and responsive to my questions. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area.

One of the best !!!

This place was….. Wow!!!! The location is perfect, very close to a nice area, plenty of restaurants and stores, but enough far to be quiet and peaceful. Marisol has a very cute place immaculate clean and with a wonderful decoration. The bed, the towels, the kitchen stuff everything new and pretty. All are beautiful and match perfect. We travel a lot and we are being in many different places and this is one of the best. We just love it. We don’t want to leave. This place has everything: Location, beautiful, clean, has everything you need with a lot of love.

Wonderful stay!

Beautifully decorated unit just outside of downtown Dallas. Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The host was an excellent communicator, and took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable during a heat wave. Highly, highly recommend.

Perfect spot

The apartment was decorated so cute! It was very clean and comfortable. Marisol did a great job of communicating everything we may need to know and was very quick to respond to questions. The Bishop Arts District is also so much fun. Tons of great restaurants and shops. It’s just a short drive or walk away

Lovely place

Very nice and clean. Close to shopping at bishop district. Security lockpads a bit confusing but once figured the 3 lockpads out very glad they had them. Felt safe for my family and our vehicle.

Pleasant stay

The place was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, lots of room, great king bed, awesome shower, I would recommend although there were a few concerns. The pedestrian gate has a code box that did not work into or out of the unit, it needs to be replaced. The bedroom is surrounded by windows, so if you like dark rooms to sleep in, this place probably isn’t for you, although there are opaque blinds to keep a lot of the ambient lighting out. It’s right by a streetcar that will take you to union station, downtown for $1, super. All in all, very nice, Marisol was very kind and responsive, she made it all worth while, thanks
