We were so happy with the house. Everything was as advertised. We read other reviews about the location being rougher than most but that was not the case. The area is being cleaned up and we were very pleased.

My birthday weekend

Had close friends and family stay with us we enjoyed the pool and hot tub big beautiful home the area looked bad at first but didn’t have any problems neighbors all seemed nice, and waved at us.

Awesome Staycation site!!

My family absolutely loved the atmosphere of this home. Firstly, it smelled awesome when we first walked in. The asthetics were fabulous. Although, it us a large 5 bedroom home it came across as cozy and inviting. The pool was crystal clear. The jacuzzi was the perfect size. Thd kitchen and living room were clean. The picture wall was beautiful. The Master bedroom was great!! Will plan to use this place again.

Great place, the owner was awesome and accommodating. Very easy to contact. Just be aware the house out of place, the neighborhood was very run down, but there were no problems. The house could use some minor touch ups, but overall it was a great stay.

Not worth the money!!!!

Check in process was extremely smooth. The property accommodated us space wise. Not too sure about the location. Since I’m not from that area a couple of the guest didn’t feel comfortable. However, there were stains all over the inside and outside furniture and carpets. Upon arrival we had to call the property manager to fix the toilet handles and some other things the guests before us messed up. One of the main reasons for booking this property was for the pool, which we couldn’t use because once again the guests before us had did who knows what in the pool and the manager called us to say they could drain the pool or “shock it”. I requested it be drained due to not knowing what was causing the water to be a cloudy green color(yuck!). He agreed to drain at first then told us that draining would be too much of an expense. Once again, we did not feel comfortable with the pool being shocked because who knows what was in it? He stated he would give us money back because of this issue that we did not cause! Our stay was only from Saturday to Monday and they proceeded to just “shock” the pool. The pool water wasn’t visibly clear until around Sunday night! They were trying to say the shock worked and the pool was ready Sunday morning. Nobody in their right minds would just hop in a pool that only God knows what was in there a day or so prior and you could not see the bottom due to it still being foggy. Anyway, property manager never funded what was promised and started ignoring me!

Cute house with Amenities

The house is really cute. The location is great , very close to the zoo and many site seeing attractions however just note that it is in a rougher neighborhood. Amenities are great with plenty of towels provided. The house could use some minor fix up- notice there are some damages, stains in the house and cleanliness can be better. Pillows/couch are a little dirty. It will be great if they provide more blankets. The outdoor deck is great and we appreciate the owner to allow us to bring our dog. Property manager is very responsive. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay!

Bait & Switch

The home was beautiful. The backyard was spectacular with a nice view of Dallas. What was very disappointing is the location of the home. The title said Bishop Arts District and we were 2-3 miles away. This very nice home did not look like it belonged in that neighborhood. There was stray dogs loose and the other homes were run down. My guests did not feel comfortable but we didn’t have any issues. The home’s decor was a crowd favorite. A very spacious house.

The ultimate Vacation to Get Away

I actually stay in Dallas and booked the house for my birthday and it felt like I left Dallas . The way the house is decorated makes you feel like you take a mini resort . You will enjoy it! The jacuzzi was so hot and comfortable and the trees made me feel as if I was in Miami . Thank you all so much.

Awesome Stay!

I loved this place! It was very magical yet homey! It had the perfect space for my birthday group! We definitely made lots of good memories! The host was great with communication with all my needs and very nice as well. The location was pretty much perfect to commute to multiple locations throughout our stay as well. I definitely would stay again.

Awesome Home

Home was beautiful and decorated so pretty. The house was very clean too. Ray was very helpful when we needed things. The location is not the best area and that would be my sole complaint for the price point. We didn't have any issues while there. It may be up and coming but it is just not there as of yet. It is relatively close to downtown Dallas in proximity, but we just used the home to hang out with our family and it fit our 3 families nicely.

Lives up to the name 100%!!

I want to start off by saying that that this house is total Tullum vibes!! If you are looking to get some Instagram worthy photos and not have to travel to Tullum to get them this is the place. The house was gorgeous both inside and out with plenty of room to host family/ friends which was the main reason why we chose this location. This house is perfect for hosting but is also great for any staycation. Ray was available for us at any time we needed him and was extremely helpful with any questions I had for him. The pool and backyard was amazing and was even better at night with all patio light around the pool and grill area. This a place I would definitely recommend staying !! Thank you Ray for allowing us to have some amazing memories there!!
