This was a terrible experience. We arrived at the location and there were 3 beds missing. It was said that 2 sofas had pull out double beds. Only one did. Missing an entire bunk bed. With 18 adults, there was not enough accommodation like the description showed. Only 12 beds. The host acted like they had no idea. The top apartment didn’t haven’t blankets on half the beds. Just sheets. No extra blankets or pillows in the closet. There was zero bedding for the 1 pull out sofa. After letting the host know they said we could buy some and they’d reimburse us. Then when we were going to bed one of the adults discovered bedbugs. Yep. We immediately left and found a hotel for everyone. I reported it to the host. After sending the cleaning crew the next morning, they claimed there were no bed bugs and didn’t offer anything. After I sent pictures and videos showing the bugs found. They just attempted to defend themselves. Absolutely horrible experience. I do not recommending staying here. I’d put 0 stars if I could.
