Tastefully decorated, sparkling clean, well-supplied and set in a safe & walkable neighborhood, this spacious first floor home fit our needs perfectly. Our visit was topped off with good communication with the owner, not to mention the upscale shopping and eating options, plus a beautiful park to enjoy play time with kids within blocks. The curb appeal could be boosted by some plants, pots and flowers, but it’s attractive and spacious inside. A gem of a place!

This home was perfect for a quick stay in town. The location was great and the home was comfortable and was exactly as described. The host communicated well and responded quickly. Stayed here to attend a concert. Great location only 15 minutes from the AA venue. Huge place with multiple sitting areas plus a breakfast nook. Lots of food options within walking distance.

We loved this updated historic home! It had plenty of room and everything we needed. A big plus was the location! We could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. No need to drive if we didn’t want to. Plus it is centrally located in Dallas to get anywhere quickly! We will definitely stay here again. Matthew was a great host!

We came for a rehearsal dinner, wedding, baptism, and dinner party. This house was so convenient to all of our activities. It was quiet and we slept well which was excellent because we were so busy. Parking was so convenient in back. There were two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with table, living room and study or library. There was a washer and dryer and we did wash one load of clothes. Matt was very responsive and we would definitely stay there again.

I just finished a wonderful weekend celebrating my nephew’s graduation from high school. I was pleased to find Matt’s property available. I was excited to see all the positive reviews, and I'm happy to add mine. The property is exactly as described and incredibly convenient to Snider Plaza. The unit is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I loved how close the property was to my family and how friendly the neighborhood was. Matt was very communicative and extremely kind. I look forward to visiting Dallas again and revisiting Matt’s rental. I would highly recommend this property to other visitors.

What a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of anything you need, and a quick ride into downtown Dallas. The rental was well-equipped with many thoughtful details and Matt was a wonderful host sending neighborhood info and suggestions prior to check-in and messaging during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Perfect situated, very comfortable ,spacious , cheerful and clean. Easy walk to Snider Plaza (grocery, coffee shops, restaurants) and SMU. Nearby park and lovely tree lined streets make it nice for walkers. Sleek decor. Accommodating host.

Great location to visit SMU. Nicley remodeled apartment. We love original floors and all the quirks of an old home. You do have families above but tons of room for a family of 4. Laundry is available if not a little odd. The light switch is in the second bedroom but all the supplies are there to catch up on laundry during a long trip. The kitchen is well stocked but could use a wine glass or two. We loved our stay. Easy to find, easy to access and very clean.
