Die Gegend um Podgora bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Strände sind auch sehr schön.”

“Absolutely brilliant! The house is beautiful and so welcoming. Magda has decorated every corner with care. Lots of quirky features. Great terraced garden and wonderful views. Great location although you do need a car unless you are a hiker. Central for Dubrovnik and Split as day trips with lots of Riveira resorts nearby. We had a great stay and we wanted for nothing. “Fabulous property. Exactly what we hoped for and so much more. The location is just perfect. Right on the beach and easy walking distance to everything Makarska has to offer. Accommodation is basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly. It felt like home from home. We had full use of the kitchen and our own fridge. “Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental.
