“We had the BEST time here! Our AC in our room wasn’t quite working but they provided us with a fan that was super helpful. They are super accommodating and take your bags to the room while you are allowed to use all of the amenities until your room is ready. Definitely make sure to check the ferry schedule and ensure you’re not arriving on a holiday we got lucky but it could have ended very bad for us! With two young kids (ages 4 and 7), the all-inclusive option was perfect, and the food was consistently delicious. “It’s a nice hotel supposed to be all inclusive, but is not the same as in America they just all include food and all the activities. What do you want? You need to pay for extra everything pick up a good place on the beach or anything else you must pay for everything”

“El personal es muy bueno. La comida del all inclusive es mala poca variedad, si llegas un poco tarde no hay más nada. Las habitaciones y el hotel en tener o están muy venido abajo muy anticuado, habitaciones muy antiguas, se nota que hace años que no lo renuevan.”
