About This Space:
Welcome to your private, modern, and cozy getaway with beautiful panoramic ocean views! With your own private entrance, you can relax and enjoy the ocean view right from the living room and dining area.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it a comfortable choice for families, friends, or small groups. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and both bathrooms feature a shower and double sinks.

Relax in the living room, or enjoy a meal in the dining area while enjoying in the ocean view. The kitchen includes basic essentials for preparing simple meals, and complimentary coffee is provided to help you start your day.

Our home has welcomed many happy guests and received great reviews. We hope you’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views, and convenient location just as much as they have!

Guest access:
Self Check-In
Enjoy the convenience of self check-in! We’ll send you check-in instructions through Vrbo messaging the day before or on the day of your arrival. Check-out instructions will also be sent before your departure.

Please note that the garage and backyard are not included in the guest-access areas.

Other things to note: * Check-in: 3:00 PM or later (self check-in).
* Check-out: By 11:00 AM. Please be prompt so we have enough time to prepare for our next guests.
* You will have your own separate private entrance.
* Please read the following before your arrival.
* Always turn off the stove and all kitchen appliances before leaving the home.
* For safety, do not leave any pots or pans on the stovetop.
* Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
* Please leave all kitchen items, including salt, pepper, utensils, pots, and pans, in the home for our next guests.
* For everyone’s safety and consideration of those downstairs, please do not run inside the house.
* No access to the backyard, side door, or garage. Please do not attempt to open these areas. We live downstairs, and the backyard is private and not available to guests. If backyard or garage access is important to your stay, our home may not be the best fit.
* Free public street parking is available. Please do not park in or block the driveway, as our vehicles need regular access.
* When street parking, please make sure your vehicle’s wheels are turned appropriately (turn your vehicle wheels same as other cars on your parking side) to comply with local parking requirements.
* Street cleaning: Tuesdays from 7:00–9:00 AM on our side of the street and Mondays from 12:00–2:00 PM across the street. Please check posted signs and avoid parking during these times to prevent a possible ticket. Parking may be more limited Monday evening.
* Since we are approximately 15 minutes from San Francisco International Airport, you may occasionally hear airplanes.
* You may also hear some normal household noise from downstairs. We have installed soundproofing measures to reduce noise, but they cannot eliminate all sound. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration.
* No pets.
* No drugs or marijuana. Please do not book this property if you plan to use marijuana or marijuana-related products during your stay. We frequently host families with infants and young children, much appreciate your understanding.
* No smoking inside the house.
* No parties or events.
* Quiet hours: 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and be considerate of our neighbors and downstairs residents.
* Please practice good bathroom etiquette and follow the House Manual to help prevent plumbing issues.
