  • Welcome to our Capo Beach home with panoramic ocean views. You will be just a short walk or bike ride to the best surfing in Southern California and minutes away from the Dana Point Harbor. Our property features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, living, and dining areas offer breathtaking ocean views. You will love the beach lifestyle and stunning sunsets. Book now and make memories that last a lifetime.

    This charming cottage-style Capo Beach home features bright and welcoming interiors, seamlessly joining luxury and comfort into one space. Overall, this space offers a comfortable and relaxing home away from home, perfect for a family or a group of friends looking to enjoy the SoCal beach lifestyle.

    With plenty of natural light and cozy seating, the gorgeous living room is the perfect spot to get lost in the pages of a good book. Or enjoy movie night with the whole family on the Smart TV, easily access streaming services through apps to connect to your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen has a modern look and features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Or have a family meal in the dining table with ocean views. With an open floor plan, enjoy fabulous amenities without ever having to leave the room!

    There are a total of 3 bedrooms, equipped with 2 king beds and 2 full size beds. The main floor master bedroom features a king bed and expansive walk-in closet. The ensuite master bathroom features a sleek, walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. On the daylight basement level you will discover both guest bedrooms. Both are stylishly decorated with comfortable bedding.

    ENTERTAINMENT:
    *2 Smart TV`s in the Living Room and Guest Bedroom #1 where you can access streaming apps. Guests have to log into their streaming account. Please don’t forget to log out from your account at the end of your stay.
    *Wireless Internet Service is provided throughout the home.
    *Games and Books provided for additional guest entertainment.

    PARKING:

    There is an ADU on the back of the property with a tenant. You won`t share any spaces besides the driveway (there is one parking spot for the main house and one for the ADU).

    Dana Point is centrally located to everything fun in Orange County. The artistic beach colony of Laguna Beach is (10.2 miles) to the northwest and the famous Newport Beach Harbor and beautiful upscale Fashion Island shopping mall (21.6 miles). For the ocean lover`s, Laguna Beach`s beaches and scuba/snorkeling dive sites are a 20-minute boat ride away and for the open water enthusiast the fun-filled island of Catalina is a 90-minute boat ride from Dana Point Harbor (2.6 miles). Doheny State Beach has great spots for picnics and bonfires (2.3 miles). San Clemente Beach has lots fun beach, dining & shopping to offer as well (7.4 miles).

    The Dana Point/Laguna Beach area offers everything including picturesque and challenging golf courses, fishing, boating, jet skiing, boardsailing, surfing, scuba diving/snorkeling, and dining experiences to match all tastes.

    Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

    *Gas fireplaces are decorative only and NOT available for use by guests.
    *Garage is not available for guests.
    *There is a Ring doorbell camera and cameras on the backyard floodlight for security.

    *There is an ADU on the back of the property with a tenant. You won`t share any spaces besides the driveway (there is one parking spot for the main house and one for the ADU).

    *All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).

    **Please note we have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing a pet. No exceptions will be made and any violators of this rule will be liable for causing a health hazard. We appreciate your understanding.**
    HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
    By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

    NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

    No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
    - Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 10am
    - Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
    - The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
    - Host may request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in.
    - This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
    - Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. While we expect the schedule days and times to be twice a month for Landscaping maintenance, that can change without notice to us. Guests should understand that such vendors must be able to access the home as well as service the property so we request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
    - Absolutely no parties or loud music.
    - This is a NON-SMOKING property.
    - Please note we have a VERY strict NO PET POLICY. No pets permitted on or about the property at any time. Please do not inquire if you are bringing a pet. No exceptions will be made and any violators of this rule will be liable for causing a health hazard. We appreciate your understanding.

    Late Checkout Policy
    Guests must check out by the designated checkout time specified in the rental agreement. Late checkouts without prior approval will incur fees to cover costs including, but not limited to, waiting times for cleaning crews, canceled or delayed cleaning appointments, hardships on arriving guests (e.g., delayed check-ins or compensation), additional wear and tear on the property, and increased utility usage (e.g., electricity, water, or HVAC). The fees, based on the duration past the checkout time, are as follows:
    • Less than 1 hour: 10% of the nightly rate or $100, whichever is greater.
    • 1-2 hours: 15% of the nightly rate or $250, whichever is greater.
    • More than 2 hours: Full nightly rate.
    To avoid fees, guests are encouraged to coordinate with us in advance for late checkout requests. Approved late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as agreed upon. These fees are designed to compensate for disruptions to property turnover and operational costs, and we will provide documentation (e.g., cleaning schedules, guest complaints) upon request to ensure transparency.


    Additional Cleaning Policy
    Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition, consistent with normal use. Any cleaning required beyond what is considered normal or reasonable, as determined by the property management, will result in an additional cleaning fee of $100 per hour. This fee covers costs such as extended cleaning times or specialized cleaning needs. Examples of excessive cleaning needs include, but are not limited to, excessive trash, stains or spills requiring professional treatment, pet hair in non-pet-friendly units, or other conditions requiring significant labor. We will make every effort to accurately reflect the additional work needed and the time required to complete it, providing documentation (e.g., photos, cleaning logs) upon request to ensure transparency.


    Important Fee Disclosure for Long-Term Stays (30+ Days):
    Should this property be reserved for 28 days or more, we reserve the right to apply additional monthly fees to cover certain ongoing expenses (eg utilities) not included in the standard nightly rate.
