“The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. “We had a wonderful stay at Elysim on little sunapee. Our host really stepped up for us when we asked for an early chick in as well as giving us a little extra time for checking out. We gave a stay to our older children and son-in-law and granddaughter and their dog for a Christmas present. This house was so accommodating. Everyone was comfy and happy. Thank you so much!”

Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

“This house on the lake is absolutely wonderful — spotless, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, and beautifully maintained. The lake setting is very calming, surrounded by stunning natural scenery that changes with every season. Whether you’re visiting in summer to enjoy the water, this place is perfect year-round.”

“The cottage is exactly as described and the pictures are extremely accurate. It is a beautiful and tastefully decorated place and we would stay there again without hesitation. It is about 8 miles to Sunapee, but it is a relatively easy drive. There are some great restaurants a few miles away as well as a supermarket close by. Communication with the owners was extremely easy. They were very responsive. Awesome place!”
