Olor a tabaco en el area del escritorio, almohadas con hedor a sudor, aire acondicionado con mucho ruido y el frasco del condition estaba vacio.

Large rooms, nicely furnished with sofa, desk area, small kitchen with sink, microwave and fridge, 2 tvs, one for the sitting area and one for the bedroom area. Like the split bathroom. Perfect stay!

I've stayed at this hotel several times now. The hotel is consistently clean, quiet, convenient; and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Staff were generally very cordial and professional -- considering the fact that they were working double shifts over the holiday. Bathroom cleaning was marginal --especially in and around the tub. HVAC was terrible. Room temperature rose to 75 at 3am even though the thermostat was set at 67.

The hotel was nice, but there was no Gideon Bible in the room. Professional hotel managers know that this is an important service, and it matters to me.

TV did not work in room. Eventually had to be moved to another room. Breakfast next morning ended by 9am. I feel we should have been advised of this at checkin.

Springhill is a refurbished hotel that is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is efficient and helpful with dining options. Small quibble: bathroom/vanity are directly opposite the beds. Bad design choice.

The room was very clean minus a couple ewwy hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast options were lacking, just egg, baked goods, and oatmeal pretty much. Overall staff was very friendly and the place was very quiet and I would stay again.
