Super small, but very clean, LOTS of stray cats - so if you have a dog - and they are not fans of cats, beware of that. Short walk down to the pier. The condo has EVERYTHING you could need. I used the stove it was older but still functions just fine. W/D work great too, the washer is a bit loud, but I'll take that over having to use a laundry room. Also there is NO assigned parking, that said, I did not really have trouble finding a spot. The upstairs person was kinda loud during the day, I was displaced by the seller of a home I was purchasing and was staying here, this is how I know this. There are no food options within walking distance other than The Waterfront down on the water. Overall, the property and location 4.5/5, the communication with the owners and the owners themselves.....10/5 they are outstanding people!!!

I stayed here during school for a month. I absolutely loved. Would definitely recommend staying here. The cleanliness was great, community and communication was fantastic. All attractions and shopping is right there. I could walk to some places. 10/10 recommend!

Very Nice!

We enjoyed our stay here. Easy check-in & check-out. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Nice that they supply a few complimentary snacks for their guests. The view from the sliding glass door is beautiful. Lots of live oaks with hanging moss. I was so surprised to see the pic of the hermit crab shells above the couch. I have 4 hermit crabs as pets and one is in that spotted shell! I would recommend this place to others.

Mobile Bay Delight

The condo was very neat and well suited for a couple and possibly a small child. The view of the bay was magnificent the on;y drawback for us was the lack of time to enjoy the sunsets longer. I was a little concerned about the four steps leading up to the entrance as we are an older couple with mobility issues, however they were not a problem as we were able to climb the with some ease.I would recommend this site to anyone wishing to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet as well as the sunsets.

Don't try to find the property after dark

The condo itself was very nice. Had all the conveniences you would need for a long stay. It was also very clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe with the place is how difficult it is to find your unit once you enter the giant complex, which goes on for blocks. All the units are painted the same color and very few have numbers on them. Also, the area is not very well lit.

Perfect for a quick retreat

The property is easy to access, near amenities like grocery stores, while still being in a quiet area to relax. Just minutes from Mobile and Fairhope, it is a nice location compromise if you plan to explore the whole area.

Absolute Gem!

This place is an absolute gem with a patio view that only nature can provide. I've stayed here twice now, and both visits have been nothing short of perfect. The property is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. When traveling alone, I feel safe and that's huge.

Great location

This condo is in a great location in Daphne close to everything. It has a great view of the bay. The condo had everything we needed. It was unfortunate that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Aside from a few minor details, everything was wonderful.

The Quietest Retreat

In town for a high school marching band competition and time with family, we found such solitude at this condo. Truly, the quietest place we've ever stayed. A respectful, pet-friendly community all around. Everything we needed was within reach or a very short drive away. Super comfy bed and sofa. And the view...if it's sunsets you seek, you will find it here. In a peaceful setting just steps away from the back porch. Coffee and quiet reflection in the mornings are golden. We are already planning a return trip.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautifully updated and clean condo. The back porch was incredibly peaceful, and we saw spectacular sunsets! The location was absolutely wonderful, very close to everything we needed (shopping, walking trails, and restaurants) while being extremely quiet. We could not have asked for anything better.
