The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for easy, everyday cooking, featuring quality appliances including a dishwasher, espresso machine, and a combination microwave oven for convenient, flexible meal preparation. Enjoy meals at the timber dining table or step straight out to the private patio, where a BBQ, outdoor setting, lush planting, and soft evening light create a relaxed space for alfresco dining.

Both bedrooms are designed as private retreats, each styled with curated artwork and its own ensuite. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private balcony lounge, perfect for reading or enjoying the fresh air. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and echoes the home's Balinese styling, positioned just off the living area for convenience. The ensuite bathrooms showcase natural stone finishes, walk-in showers, and complimentary toiletries to keep daily routines simple and comfortable. An outdoor laundry nook with a washer and dryer, split-system air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and on-site carport parking ensure a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Shaded by tall palms and surrounded by Balinese sculptures, the shared pool feels like a secluded oasis, perfect for unwinding after a warm day exploring the Top End. The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM only and is best suited to adults, as it includes decorative Balinese statues and water features that are not designed for climbing or play.

Please note: To help preserve the tranquil atmosphere for residents and fellow guests, excessive noise is not permitted at any time. Strict quiet hours apply from 9:00 pm onwards.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, along with access to the communal pool. Please make yourselves at home!

This townhouse enjoys one of Darwin’s most relaxed yet well-connected locations. The George Brown Botanic Gardens are just a 13-minute stroll away, perfect for palm-lined morning walks or coffee at the much-loved Eva’s Café. Mindil Beach is only minutes by car, famed for its sunset markets, food stalls, live music, and experiences like camel rides along the shoreline.

Nearby, the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory offers insight into the region’s art and history. A short drive also takes you to Cullen Bay Marina for waterfront dining, or into the Darwin CBD to visit Crocosaurus Cove and the Darwin Waterfront Precinct. On weekends, the Parap Village Markets are a favourite for local food and crafts. Despite its proximity to these attractions, the area remains calm and residential, an easy place to unwind after exploring the Top End.
