“I had high hopes for this hotel. It’s not worth what we paid for. You’re basically paying for an overpriced cabin that has moldy toiletries, and really bad service. No one was even there to welcome you. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in the Philippines. Please don’t waste your time or money! If you’re in Alaminos you might as we’ll go to Thunderbird resort for the experience & great service. ”

“My family and I came here for a 1 day trip to 100 islands. The hotel is new. Service and cleanliness is great. Everyone are so friendly. It’s in a convenient location, right by the warf. You can book your boat tour to the islands and they will pick you up right on the dock of the hotel. They also offer complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 and pay a small fee for an extra person. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend this place. ”

“An older but decent resort with clean rooms, professional staff, a broad range of options from the restaurant menu, and a clean beach that can be walked for miles. Good internet connection throughout the resort. Parking is not on the property but about 150ft away. Access to the property across the riverside portion by footbridge. Unexpected but just fine if you bring rolling luggage or a backpack.”

“The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.”
