Not what I expected.

I booked a Matrimonial Room for my Fiancé and me. It did not look anything like the pictures. The room was so small and the toilet was leaking. When you take a bath, the entire bathroom gets flooded. I booked at the said Hometel because it said that there's secured parking. However, we parked our SUV across the street. Also, the servers in the Canteen (as we had a Free Breakfast stub) were very loud and rude. They were talking about a pregnant customer who wanted their help in room service. They were very loud in talking about their disgust towards the said customer. They were even saying that if the customer wanted a 5-star hotel, she should have booked with one. I was quiet the whole time because I have read good reviews about the customer service of the place, yet it was nothing close to the reviews. I would not recommend the place. P.S. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I’ve been satisfied with this accommodation. Most of things are good but one thing i wish that supposed to be improved is shower. It was a bit weak last time. Anyway I’m sure I’ll stay here again.

A bit satisfied

The place is cozy...but.....i book for a family and i was surprise to get a 1 double bed........ao i need to change my room...and of cors need to spend money for changing....and the water in the shower is very very slow which tke u much time to get done....i think the shower head is clogged and need to clean up or replace.....bt in all service is gd....and staff were accomodating and pleasant.

ダバオ市中心部にあり、値段の割に部屋はかなり広い気がします。シャワーの給湯器が部屋ごとにあるため、お湯はちゃんと出ますし、Wi-Fiも暗号化はされていないものの、十分な速度でした。ほんの少し蟻がいた以外は、部屋も清潔感がありました。

Worth the price, but needs improvement.

I've been three times this hotel and I saw improvements. Day 1: Booked via Expedia, but the hotel staff hasn't monitored my booking, so I waited longer on the concierge. Room, extra spacious-like it. The comfort room is spacious but I saw little species of cockroach on the door crevices, thank's God it's not flying. Day 2: I re-booked via Expedia, we'll the key card is not activated when I entered my room. Again took so long for the concierge to settle my online booking. Not quite happy, there's no water! For the mid-afternoon. I suggest to have a local landline for the room, ask the guest if he wants to have bedding replaced after a day re-booking. I not so angry for the price, I think it's worth the price? or just needs improvement.

Not the room I booked

I booked for a suite room and when I reached the hotel, it doesn't look like a suite room and doesn't even look like what you see on the pictures posted.

location is great

Hotel itself is going through construction, very load and noisy. Not mentioned any where prior to booking that it would be effected in this way , you have to advise staff if you wanted housekeeping , its not a daily service . Best part about hotel was the location

I really enjoyed staying at lanclar hotel (breakfast start at 5:30 am to 8:am ...its good plus its free free free.going back there today Friday April 8. ..i am going back tomorrow to cebu city.

Management hat scheinbar keine Übersicht

Ich hatte für meine Verlobte und deren Schwägerin sowohl vom 20.September auf den 21. September, als auch vom 23.September auf den 24. September jeweils eine Nacht gebucht und per Paypal bezahlt. Bereits beim einchecken am 20. September wurde meiner Verlobten mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer nicht bezahlt worden sei. Nach 8 stündiger Busfahrt und voller Vorfreude auf die Nachtruhe war dies natürlich erstmal ein Schock für sie. So musste sie mich anrufen, um mich um Hilfe zu bitten. Also rief ich bei Expedia.de an und bat um Aufklärung. Nach etwa 30 Minuten, die ich am Telefon bleiben musste bekam ich endlich den Bescheid, dass nun alles geregelt sei. Auf meine Frage, ob am 23. September dieses Problem wieder auftauchen könnte, wurde mir versichert, dass dies nicht der Fall sein werde. So checkte meine Verlobte am 23. September in der Tat störungsfrei ein, der Schock kam jedoch am nächsten Tag, so dass meine Verlobte mich frühmorgens gegen 04:15 anrief und mir erneut mitteilen musste, dass es erneut Probleme gäbe. Ich versuchtet Expedia.de zu erreichen, erfuhr jedoch vom AB, dass das Büro erst ab 08:00 besetzt sei. Also musste ich direkt im Hotel anrufen. Die Personen an der Reception konnten jedoch nicht weiterhelfen und schliesslich hatte ich nach etwa 20 Minuten die "Managerin" des Hotels am Telefon. Sie wollte anfangs auch nicht einlenken, erst als ich ihr damit drohte, dass ich ihr die Kosten für ein Taxi nach Bislig City in Rechnung stellen würde konnte meine Verlobte gehen.

Good location close to the city center

The initial check in was ok but they failed to notice the special requirements for a room on the 1 st floor with city views. The next day they allocated me a room on the 1st floor but the toilet seat was missing. I requested to see the manager about the problem and was allocated another room. The next room was up to standard but the TV and the Frig was not working. They fixed the TV but there was no power outlet for the frig.
