House was very nice But we had a lot of things not working at the start. Furnace didn’t come on and it was cold in house for two days. The washer didn’t work. Took 5 days for them to come fix it. Sink in master bedroom didn’t work pipe leaking underneath. we spent our entire month without that sink. Paid for pool heat it wasn’t working and didn’t get fixed for 8 days. We did like the house besides all these things though. Owner did try to help us.

VRBO disaster

My recent VRBO experience was nothing short of a disaster. Here’s why: Misleading Photos: The property looked beautiful online, but in reality, it was more like a rundown shack. The photos were either heavily edited or taken during a different era. Hygiene Horror: The cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust bunnies under the bed, a wet “stain” on a comforter that smelled, bugs all over the table setting, grass looked like it hadn’t seen a lawnmower in weeks. So many bugs in the pool. Ceiling falling apart and pieces falling on top of us playing pool. Nonexistent Amenities: The “fully stocked” kitchen had a single rusty pot and a spoon with half a handle, don’t plan on making any meals there. Owner MIA: When we reported these issues, the owner passed the buck to the property manager who was nowhere to be found. We left voicemails, but they remained elusive. We were there for 7 nights but left early due to no one responding to our calls and messages. When we told the owner we were leaving he actually responded and said have a safe trip. But all our other messages were not returned. Final Thoughts: If you enjoy disappointment and frustration, this VRBO is for you. Otherwise, steer clear! Remember, everyone’s experience varies, but I hope this review helps others avoid a similar nightmare. 😅

Good but hoa problem.

If you’re staying less than 7 days and tell the guard at the gate that they will deny you entry. The hoa will make the process of getting in a nightmare, they even threatened to call the cops on us if we go in. Just talk to the owner of the house so they can help you. The owner just told us to say that we're staying 7 nights so you’ll probably have to do the same otherwise they won't let you in, this isn’t really the fault of the owner of the house but they should put that info in the description of the house so people can be made aware of that. Other than that the house was great aside from the pool heat failing on us but they tried to make it right by allowing an extended check-out time.

Weeks stay

Our stay her was from the 24th of May until the 30. When we first arrived at the property we was told to wait at the security gate while trying to reach the HOA. We found out that the owners are renting the house for less days than what is allowed and we had to wait for 40 mins while the HOA and security tried to figure out if our stay was going to be honored as if it was our fault. after being let into the property my wife inspected the house to find that the bathrooms was not properly cleaned. There was piles of dead ants in the bath tubs, floors and on the counters in bathrooms. We paid for the spa for the days we was there only for it not to work. We reached out to the owners to inform them of this and was told it would be fixed. The spa didn't get fixed until our last night in the house. While the house was nice the total experience was a major disappointment and was the first one of the 4 yrs my family and I have been staying in resorts. This was our first time staying in the Providence one due to last minute planning and we definitely won't be back to it. We will stick with 4 corners and Sol terra for now on.

Spacious, quiet and comfortable stay in a central Florida gated community

Our thanks go to Vishal for having us at this great house in the Davenport area of central Florida. The house was clean and spacious. The gated community was well run and safe. There is a community pool area with splash pad and play area for young children. The backyard pool was fabulous as well. Best holiday ever...according to my family.

March 2023 stay

Vishal was always available. Home was set up well Very clean. Maybe a bit tired. Home pool was always clean and great. Unfortunately the spark controls didn’t work but they were being fixed. Dishwasher was also being fixed but that wasn’t a problem. Property was great. Vishal was great always answering our texts. The set up was wonderful for our family and the proximity to attractions was also wonderful. They love the community centre and the larger pool but the large slide was under construction so that was a downer not under vishal’s control.

Fun Stay

Our group of 10 had an enjoyable stay at this property for a wedding close by. Enough room for everyone. Made due with what was provided in kitchen ( pots/pans/cook ware) no issues there. Outside of the spa/hot tub not really heating up, we would recommend this rental to the next person. Thank you

Review of property from 12/23 to 12/30/22

Not enough towels and no wash clothes were made available. I have never stayed at a property that didin't provide toilet paper, they should advise this up front. We paid for a heated pool but it was too cold to swim after waiting all day. All the mattresses in the house squeek terribly when you sit on them. I did like the layout of the house and number of rooms available.. There was no live TV available so we couldn't get news during our stay.

Disappointed...

The house itself is okay. The property management is of concern. Lot's of small things added together caused our disappointment. Lack of hand soap in the bathrooms, lack of washcloths, towels were sparse and of poor quality. Many things were cheapened up: 5-cup coffee maker, for a home with 6 bedrooms? Missing kitchen accessories like sharp knives, vegetable peeler, etc. No ice maker. Beds squeak. Do you expect to control the HVAC yourself? Not at this property. Upon arrival discovered the only way to get the air conditioning turned on was to contact the property manager, luckily he responded or we would have been very uncomfortable the first night. For the entire stay we had no control of climate. Several missing or broken lightbulbs, especially over the oven cooktop. No darts for the dartboard, we were told they were removed for safety reasons (why list the dartboard then?). Outdoor grill was there, with huge signs warning of $50 fees for not cleaning it - with no tools to do so. Also they said in advance that renters are responsible for propane refilling, we proactively reached out about that and were told it would be okay/filled. There was not enough in the tank to ensure we'd be able to use it without running out - we ended up not using it and had to leave behind the meat we'd purchased for grilling. Again, Lot's of little things cheapened up for no reason. It all added up to disappointment, we would not recommend the property.

Good Nights Sleep, Challenging Amenities

The kitchen is sparsely equipped with cookware. For example, there are no cookie sheets. The host was responsive but we had to communicate with him more than we expected. For example, you have to text if you want the in-house temperature adjusted. All of the TV remotes were missing batteries and we had to have maintenance come to install batteries and activate the streaming apps. The hot tub and pool were cold when we arrived but a text got the heat turned on. Only two of the five jets in the hot tub worked. Maintenance showed up on day three of our stay and got a third jet working. Overall it met our needs, we all slept well and the bed linens were very nice, but the carpets are stained throughout the house, the downstairs bathroom was dusty/dirty and some furnishings, such as bath mats, need to be replaced. It's not a bad choice if you're going to spend most of your time at the theme parks. If this is the destination for a family vacation then you might want to consider other options.

Very nice house

Nice and clean house in a quiet gated community. Lots of traffic on the way to the theme parks. Took us 1,5 hour at most to get to Universial Studios because of traffic. Our host had some good suggestions to places to visit (small towns, boat rides etc). Nice pool area. And great game room. There was also nice small soaps and small bottles with shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. Enough for a few days of use. Publix (grocery store) only 5 minutes by car from the house.

Great spacious home

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for the whole family and the bedrooms were great sized also. Nice size pantry for food. Kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. And the home owner was great to work with.

Funkfest 2022 Stay

Huge place more than enough room for me and my family..I highly recommend this property..The host responded quick and fast from booking until upon my arrival. My family and I felt very safe there.. beautiful pool that lights up at night..my grandkids loved it..Definitely will be returning..this is my favorite place by far.

Nice house…great communication

Very nice house with more than enough room for the 7 of us. House was warm when we arrived but owner and property manager responded very quickly to a text and adjusted to a comfortable setting. They also helped us with an issue we had with the Spa getting it fixed immediately. I truly felt that they wanted us to be comfortable and checked in several times. We would stay there again. Game room could use some upgrades with pool ques/chalk.

TIME TO RELAX

Lovely house. Very spacious. Good place to go and enjoy family time and explore all that Orlando has to offer. After a long day out and about, a great reward to come relax in the jacuzzi or pool. The community is quite and the neighbors were nice. Would rent again.

Family spring break vacation

The house was great! Exactly as pictured. So much room for everyone, lots of room to play games, relax, have quiet space, make meals, game room, lots of TVs, pool and spa were heated well, area was quiet and safe, enjoyed golf at the club and drinks at the clubhouse. Gas station, groceries and pizza right down the road. Out of the crazy traffic on I-4. Would definitely recommend to other large groups.

Family vacation

This was an impromptu vacation at the last minute. This was a great find. The listing is spot on. We enjoyed the quiet, away from parks , location. Yet it was close enough to get to the parks. Very roomy for our family of 4. Kids got their own bed and bath. Owner was nice and prompt in responding. Pool was great! Would definitely recommend this! Thank you.

Fantastic stay!

Our family rented Vishal’s place for 9 days, and it was fantastic. The gated community is upscale with very nice landscaping and facilities. We never actually looked at the clubhouse/pools because we used the great pool and hot tub at the house. The pool has lots of shrubbery, so it is quite private. The kitchen is well equipped and with such a large house there are multiple good places for lounging around, including around the screened pool area. There is good theatre seating both in the living room by the kitchen, and upstairs in the big TV area. The TV’s are smart so you can log into your favorite steaming services. The pool table and foos ball were bonuses, now I want to get a better pool table at home because we quite enjoyed playing a few games in the evening. Vishal is the perfect host, he is knowledgeable and always responded quickly to make sure we were comfortable and having a good stay. Thanks Vishal, we’ll see you next time!

Cold pool hot game room

Pool was not even warm Hot tub more like cold with jets Game room air never worked called about never looked at Dishes coffee machine ice machine filthy Skillets all crusty Bathrooms dirty hair in showers on floors hand soap very little and limited towels small amounts of toilet paper Couch had stuff in cushions No trash bags had to buy since strict and high cleaning fee if we didn’t take trash out several hundreds of dollars remotes had batteries that had corrosion out side lights on the pool deck didn’t work correctly outside grill nasty unusable pool toys covered in mold plants in screen room all dead and weeds growing thru pavers
