Great accommodations for our group of 25

Property was clean and decorated nicely. The 2 refrigerators were great. The pool was clean. The facilities were nice with the lazy river and arcade games, although very busy on a holiday weekend. The host was helpful with my questions. The homes are situated very close together so at times it was a little noisy, especially on the holiday weekend

Family vacation

Had a wonderful time! We have rented a lot of houses with our kids over the years. This was one of the cleanest (very important to me). Also very well stocked. No problems at all. Will return!

All I can say is FANTASTIC!

We had a great time at this Davenport house. It was plenty large for our 21 family members. About a 25-30 minute drive to the Disney parks. And the water park/recreational area was really nice. Thanks for the great stay and memories made!

Orlando trip

The house was the perfect size for our family, we attended Disney while we were there. The house was damaged in many areas, not cleaned very well, and lacked important necessities. We think the overall look of the house is beautiful, but staff needs to do a better job cleaning and fixing ALL areas of the house and replenishing enough toiletries in the bathroom to at least get someone to the next day..

Disney Family Vacation

The home is beautiful but the inside was filthy, had to clean and mop, couldn’t vacuum because the plug to vacuum damaged. The home had an ant and roach infestation. The carpet, fixtures and under bed had not been cleaned. It’s unfortunate because this would be a great property. The blinds were missing quite a few blinds and the back sliding door doesn’t lock, every time we checked the door it was unlocked. Didn’t help that the area has had numerous break ins. Didn’t feel safe.

Great place for a large group of friends and/or family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. Just as advertised. We had a few issues with the hit tub, but maintenance was very responsive both times, even coming to the property to help us resolve the issue. Highly recommend this place!

A Good Place to Relax

My family and I had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay! The home decor was pretty and the beds were nice and comfy. We really enjoyed the pool area most. The outdoor sitting area and saltwater pool were so relaxing. We spent a lot of time out there. The lazy river at the clubhouse was beautiful! To make the home even better, I would recommend treating for ants and we did see two roaches in the kitchen area. The ironing board was broken and I’d recommend having an iron with board on each floor for a house of this size. Overall, we would definitely rent again.

The house is nicely decorated, well stocked with linens and beach towels. Way too close to the neighbors both back and side, Lot of noise late in the evening. Appliances could use some work, also, the pavers in Lani could use a good cleaning. could have used more serving bowls and more trash bags. Had some problems with the tv, needed instructions. All in all, we had a wonderful time, thanks Tracy

50th Wedding Anniversary Family Disney Trip

We had a wonderful 10-day stay in your house. It was perfect for our five families--very spacious and the kids loved the pool. Ages ranged from 5 to 73. We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. They also enjoyed the Family Night activities especially the Bounce houses. The house was located with easy access to all the Disney parks. We also went to Legoland and SeaWorld and two people went to Universal Studios. Easy driving to all these parks. The kitchen was large and we appreciated two refrigerators. The two dining room tables easily seated all 18 of us. We never felt crowded even with eight children between 5 and 13. Overall, it was a wonderful trip!!!

Clean and Comfortable

The large apartment close to all the Disney attractions is a perfect apartment for large groups. The design of the apartment is exceptional.All the rooms are spacious and allowed our large group of golfers to spread out our stuff and be comfortable at all times. Communication with the owner is exceptional. We had one minor issue ( a clogged toilet) which was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended.

Great family vacation home

Lots of living space in this house, plenty of dishes/cutlery etc. Kids loved the upstairs games area. Beds were comfy. The clubhouse was a huge hit for everyone. Backyard pool and hot tub enjoyed by all. The entire house is showing signs of a lot of wear and tear and could use a thorough deep clean and fix-up of little things - all ceiling fans super dusty, outside furniture wearing out, some lights in bedrooms and bathrooms not working, bins in fridge doors broken, etc. On site manager Ricky was very responsive and helpful. All in all though, our family of 26 - 11 adults and 15 kids - were satisfied. Thanks!
