Host were easy to communicate with and my family loved the game room and pool options. Ending the day by the fire pit with a Christmas movie was also nice. It’s close enough to Disney that the drive wasn’t crazy but also far enough away that your not only in the Disney universal bubble.

Thank you so much for opening your home to my family. We already miss spending our lazy summer days on the very spacious lanai. The house was well appointed, we wanted for nothing. We appreciate the swift response we received to the very silly question that we did have during our stay. What a delight to be able to walk my furry four legged friend in such a secure and quiet community. My dog actually acquired quite the fan club during our stay. It would be a shame to let down his fans so we sincerely hope to stay with you again next year!

It needs a good cleaning we our guest have a professional cleaning service it was dust everywhere and I paid for the hot tube to be heated and it was not there were a snake in the pool I tired to communicate with the host but it was no response don’t get me wrong it’s a nice house but it need a lot of upgrades the shower fixtures needs to be replace in the master suite there is a tv outside by the pool area we wanted to watch but it did not work I wish I would have taken more pictures but I just wanted to make my husband birthday nice for him

Summer vacation

We spent 16 great days in July at this luxury vacation home. The house had everything you’d expect from a luxury rental — spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, well-functioning appliances, and a nice pool area. The game room was well stocked; as Scandinavians, we didn’t need it, but American guests will likely love it.The house is perfectly surrounded by trees, giving complete privacy around the pool — something we truly valued. It does, however, reduce direct sunlight on the pool deck, but for us, the privacy was more important.It’s also clear the house isn’t brand new. There are visible gaps (½–1 inch) between the aluminum frame and the surrounding concrete wall by the pool, which allowed the occasional cockroach, frog, or lizard to get in. Not a major problem, but worth mentioning.Communication with the rental company was flawless — fast, helpful, and professional.Lastly, having heard so much about Florida wildlife, we were a bit disappointed not to see any alligators on the nearby golf course — though most people would probably count that as a good thing :)We’d definitely consider coming back.

Escaped the Canadian winter

We rented the house for almost 6 weeks. Great neighborhood and all the amenities you need are close by. The house is perfect for extended families and lots of room for everyone!! Would highly recommend this house and Dee’s Property Management services were great.

Davenport Vacation

The house was wonderful and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and clean. The pool was large and heated which was nice as the weather was on the cooler side during our week long stay. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. We also loved the pickleball courts near the house. The living space was great for watching movies in the evening and we used the game room quite a bit. The kids loved the ping pong table! Location of the house is great. Near plenty of restaurants and shops (would recommend going to Ovations - food was spectacular and we went twice). The only downfall was the traffic. If you plan on doing any of the Disney parks, plan extra time to get there. The house is only about 25 min away from Disney without traffic but that rarely happens on Interstate 4. We only did Epcot but it took an hour to get there and an hour to get back. We didnt mind the travel time but if you are doing the parks every day or multiple days, something to think about. We also went to Kennedy Space Center which should have been an hour and half but took us 2 hours because of the same traffic. Again, we were okay with it but we broke up our big "excursion" days with days in between to hang out locally. Recommendations for things to do other than Disney: Boggy Creek Airboat Tours. About 45 min away. We saw a lot of alligators and wildlife. Ridge Island Groves is also a must. 20 min away, delicious juice and other foods. Must have the peach ice cream!

Wonderful

We needed a safe place to stay to escape the hurricane and this house did not disappoint. We felt safe, comfortable and had plenty of space for a group of five with pets. The pool and the hot tub was a special touch. We could not even hear the wind from the hurricane in this house. We will look to this house again in the future. Steve and Dee were quick to respond and accommodating. We had a microwave that didn’t work so they delivered us a brand new one. Highly recommend

Beautiful spectacular wow factor

It was an amazing experience lots of rooms all the amenities you need we loved the pool & jacuzzi the game room was great close to all the amusement parks I definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home ❤️

Everything you need

Gated community. Quiet. Great location. Small drive to Orlando. More room than we needed but we did not want to stay in a hotel. Kitchen was properly stocked. Clear instructions are provided for the property. Loved that you could play music through a sound system through the entire home including pool area. Lots of areas to unwind. There is a car parked in the garage which was odd but was not in the way at all. Neighborhood is friendly and waves. One very big thing as a takeaway from this experience was how very nice Dee was when I reached out to her regarding questions. Super responsive time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Amazing spacious home!

Our family of 5 plus our fur baby LOVED the space! We couldn't have asked for better. The kids spent hours in the pool while mom and dad ACTUALLY got to relax. Communication with host was fantastic and prompt. Cant wait to visit again!

Great place for the family

Loved the gated community, golf course views and overall location. Really enjoyed the patio, pool and amenities that this property offers. This place was great for our family with tons of space for everyone. We would definitely book this property again!

THE MANSION

This house had everything we needed and more. Its like a mansion. Very clean, large pool,very nice area.....etc definitely recommend this stay. Dee the manager was superb with communication and making sure we were satisfied....ENJOY, BEST OF LUCK DEE
