Located approximately 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, approximately 35 minutes from Universal Orlando Resort, and approximately 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, you'll be within convenient driving distance of Central Florida's biggest attractions while returning each day to a peaceful gated resort surrounded by natural scenery.

The backyard is one of this home's biggest highlights. Instead of looking directly into another vacation home's pool or patio, you'll look across the water from your private screened lanai. With no rear neighbors, the lake creates a beautiful natural backdrop and gives your family added privacy throughout your stay.

The south-facing pool makes the outdoor area an especially appealing place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the lake, spend the afternoon swimming in your private pool, or return from the theme parks and relax beside the water as the day comes to an end.
