Brookside - 162 Northpoint Way

  • "Brookside" es un lugar donde los amigos y familiares se reúnen y disfrutan de la compañía de los demás mientras experimentan lo mejor que "la Madre Naturaleza" tiene para ofrecer.



    Nuestra casa es cálida, acogedora y está bien decorada con un tema campestre al aire libre. Una hermosa, bien mantenida, casa de varios niveles con una chimenea de piedra ubicada en la sala de estar hundida en un lote de montaña boscosa con vistas a un pequeño estanque.



    La casa cuenta con terrazas de varios niveles con un jacuzzi al aire libre.



    Después de un emocionante día de jugar en el polvo blanco, recuéstese con un buen libro y una taza de chocolate caliente en el desván con vista a la sala de estar.



    Si lo tuyo es el senderismo, la comunidad limita con el Bosque Nacional Monongahela.



    Hay una cocina completa para aquellos de ustedes que les gusta cocinar y varios restaurantes de la zona para aquellos que prefieren no hacerlo. Cenar fuera: Ciudad de Davis (norte)

    "Blackwater Brewing" es una cervecería y restaurante que se especializa en platos alemanes e italianos, y cervezas artesanales galardonadas, que se elaboran en el lugar.

    "Muttley's Downtown" ofrece una excelente selección de elementos del menú que incluyen filetes, cordero, pato, cerdo, pollo y camarones.

Enjoyed the coziness of cabin, the view, the location to areas we went to. Would have like to have spent more time on deck and hot tub but weather didn't cooperate. Check in and check out were easy with no contact. Would live to stay again. Everything was online. Had no issues.

Had a great time and would definitely come back. Loved the design off the house: big windows, an upstairs sofa nook, a sunken living room, and an open kitchen with the dining table right beside. It was perfect for hanging out with friends and relaxing. The team was friendly and accommodating. No problems!

We will be back. Had a great time and loved our stay in the cabin. We loved having the movies, board games,and books available for us to use. We played board games all evening one day. Great Idea! Also loved the hot tub! They were very friendly and helpful to explain the area to us.

Loved the location of this property, situated between both parks.

Loved the location of this property, situated between both parks. The deck was great for porch sitting (the only downside was that you could hear the passing traffic on the main road) but we did have deer in the yard each day. The house was very clean and well stocked - kitchen was stocked with very nice dishes and lots of pots & pans. The bathrooms had plenty of towels. Nice washer and dryer that worked well, too. We enjoyed our time sitting on the deck, the location of the property is great, and the hot tub was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, inquired about our stay during key drop off.

The need to pay the pet fee in cash or check was frustrating.

The need to pay the pet fee in cash or check was frustrating. It was made more frustrating when the person checking us out explained that the cash or check requirement was so Mountaintop Realty could avoid credit card fees. If Mountaintop Realty needs the additional $0.50 (1.51% + $0.10), consider increasing the pet fee, and not inconveniencing people by requiring different payment methods for different portions of the rental.

Good stay

House was a little worn, but not too bad. Hot tub worked but made ENORMOUS amount of noise that could be heard everywhere in the house 24/7. Upstairs toilet required constant plunging. 4PM check-in is a little late.

Cute place neighborhood

The place is cute and quaint, but pretty spartan. We didn’t need many frills, our children loved the place and we had many cozy meals and plenty of family time. The neighborhood is close to the mountains, state park, and town.

Romantic weekend getaway.

We enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Nice, clean spacious cabin. Very secluded in the woods yet other cabins in the area. Nice for a getaway from the city to the mountains. Having 2 bathrooms was nice.
