    Experimente lo mejor que el área tiene para ofrecer en esta exquisita casa con 3 niveles de vida, cerca de la pendiente Winterset del área de esquí de Timberline.

     

    El nivel principal ofrece una gran sala, cuatro chimeneas a gas, cocina a medida, comedor, sala de estar adicional con televisor de pantalla grande y un dormitorio y baño. Hay un jacuzzi en la cubierta trasera de este nivel. El nivel superior tiene la suite principal con bañera de hidromasaje y terraza privada, tres dormitorios adicionales y dos baños. Los inquilinos apreciarán todos los detalles funcionales que se encuentran en toda la casa. La cocina personalizada cuenta con encimeras de granito, hornos dobles, una cocina con isla, lavaplatos dobles y la casa tiene instalaciones de lavandería en dos niveles. El nivel del sótano cuenta con un gran bar personalizado con nevera, mesa de billar, mesa de hockey de aire, bar, sala de estar con televisor de pantalla grande, dos dormitorios, un baño y una entrada de esquí / barro con azulejos.

    Caminar a las pistas alpinas en el invierno; La propiedad limita con una pista de esquí de fondo. Ciclismo de montaña y oportunidades de senderismo disponibles en el verano.

     

    Los inquilinos de Winterset tienen uso del estanque y las canchas de tenis en el área.

     

    Excelente ubicación durante todo el año con estanques de pesca, ciclismo de montaña y rutas de senderismo cercanas.

    El nivel de salida del sótano tiene dos dormitorios, uno con una reina y el otro con dos reinas. En ese nivel hay un baño compartido conectado al área común.

    Arriba están los cuatro dormitorios restantes. Una de ellas es una gran suite principal con una cama king y baño en suite. El segundo es una suite principal más pequeña con una cama king y baño en suite. Finalmente, los dos tienen una cama queen cada uno y comparten un baño de jack-n-jill.

Beautiful spot with all amenities needed

Our large group of friends with kids had a great time at the house. Perfect location to hiking and beautiful vistas. Plenty of space, comfortable beds!

so much room for everyone that we were not bumping into each other. Love being so close to Canaan and Black Water Falls. Beautiful area, have been going since the 70's. we loved it! will definitely be back!! Becky and her staff as well as Matt have always gone above and beyond.

Arriving at the rental home was shocking to see litter and sharp metal debris in the front yard of the house. The screen off one of the windows was propped up against the home. The top of the steps are crumbling with pieces falling down onto the steps making for a slipping hazard. The towels were a challenge to find and there barely enough for my family. One of the smoke detectors beeped for our stay, we had contacted the management company but did not get a reply till the morning of our departure. One of the upstairs toilets continuously runs and is very loud. The furniture in the home is very worn and needs to be updated. Various lights inside and outside the home are inoperable. We never ventured out back and could not tell you about the hot tub, except…if we barely had enough towels for bathing. We surely would not have any extra towels for to have used it.

Property is lovely, large and well maintained without feeling cavernous.

Property is lovely, large and well maintained without feeling cavernous. Perfect for our group size (16 with 5 couples) and proximity to Canaan Valley ski was a big selling point. Interaction was minimal, responses from Mountaintop were prompt and succinct. Had a bit of difficulty getting the booking made as our initial booking was cancelled without warning, but ultimately the actual process of checking in/out and getting needed information was easy.

I loved the layout of the house, the game room with bar was awesome. Double ovens and dishwashers! What's not to love? I have worked with Mountain Top Reality for many years. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to see your needs and wants are met.
