This was a great place for a large group! We had a family reunion, and half the group stayed hete. There was cleanliness issue with the game room house. Some additional clean up would be good.

Bachelor Party

I had 17 of my friends here for my bachelor party. It was the perfect spot to hangout and play yard games. Communication was great with the property manager and they made you feel welcome.

Great cabin for a guys trip.

Great cabin for a guys trip. Only two issues were there were no towels and they scheduled lawn services to be done for 4 hours the one day we were there. Other than that beds were good kitchen was clean and fully stocked.I would recommend.

A fantastic property with plenty of room for all activities.

A Christmas To Remember

It was the hand of God working when I stumbled onto MaxxedOut lodge and chose it for our 2021Christmas gathering. My husband died of cancer last December and our family had always gathered at the Dawson Racquetball Club that is now a church so that was no longer an option. Having stayed at many VRBO properties in the past I was surprised to see this property just pop up on my screen I live in Dawson and I had no idea this lodge was even here. A hunter I am not but 25 0f us gathered and truly had The Best Christmas in what had been an extremely difficult year for all of us Graham was so easy to work with and Ashley had fresh cookies just out of the oven when I arrived We have already made our reservations to return in 2022. I would highly recommend Maxxedout Lodge to all

A nice, quiet weekend getaway.

The location was excellent as it gave me and big group a lot of space and the privacy we were looking for. Ashley made the check-in process really easy and was helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to those with larger groups.

Family experience

The property is nice and neat. It has plenty of beds for a large family or several families. It's in a quiet part of rural Minnesota which we liked. The town of Dawson is an awesome town. They are very friendly and helpful. Ashley did a nice job of giving us a tour and being patient with us when we were running late. Her notebook about local highlights was very helpful and useful. Our stay was delightful. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family.

great place for a big group

Plenty of bedrooms for everyone .Showers were small, but very usable. Loads of room outside for yard games and the new sand volleyball court was great. used it a lot! Game was being renovated and will be really nice when it's done. Overall, a wonderful time and I would recommend it for any large group of people.

Great for large groups!

Excellent response to any questions prior to stay. Great welcome by the property manager. Perfect for large groups with options to spread out. Only downside was the living room furniture, (time for some new couches and chairs). Otherwise exactly as advertised and will likely return with our annual get together, thanks !

Great getaway

Great place to rent out for the weekend. The rec room was a plus for the teen boys. Great memories were made. Enjoyed using the patio and the bonfire was a plus to use in the evening.

Great for large groups

Worked out well for our group of 13. The second cabin was great for additional space to send the men on our couples trip. Sarah and Graham were great to work with.

Great place to stay with a large group!

7 couples that became friends in AZ for the winter gathered at Maxxed Out Guides for a few days of golf, fun, eating and a lot of laughs! This place was just what we were looking for and it didn't disappoint! It was great to stay all under one roof and the accommodations were just what we were looking for. You'll be happy you stayed here - I know we were!

Great place for a large group

Our family had a wonderful time at Maxxed Out Guides! There was plenty of sleeping accommodations for the 22 people in our group! Plenty of room to sprawl out whether indoors or outdoors. The game room was a hit for the younger kids and teenagers. Lots of yard space for games of all sorts! Very private and secluded! Everyone had a great time!! Sara was very attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend this resort for a family getaway! Shay

Good setting

It was a good setting for our family gathering with kids. Outdoor space to play soccer, baseball and kickball. Sarah was a good host and did well at making sure everything was ready for the weekend and was accommodating. It worked well for simply being able to spend time with family.
