Este hotel me hizo sentir segura en Delhi, está muy cerca del aeropuerto y eso le resta estrés a tu viaje porque con tráfico son 30 min al aeropuerto. El desayuno es delicioso y cumple su función. Las habitaciones en general son limpias, pero si te toca habitación que da a la calle, prepárate para el ruido de India (yo te recomiendo siempre viajar con tapones para los oídos) El personal es sumamente amable, y en cuanto al servicio de transporte al hotel/aeropuerto yo te sugiero que lo pidas hasta 20 min antes de la hora real que lo ocupas porque la puntualidad en ese aspecto no es lo suyo.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
