Contrary to description the so-called kitchenette had no stovetop or cooking utensils, and there was no bench space for food preparation. Crockery set was incomplete. One of the 2 dining chairs was broken, reading lamp broken, globe missing from other reading lamp. Shower screen missing, causing bathroom floor to get wet and slippery. No wi-fi. “We found the accommodation to be very nice. The only issues we had were, 1) Finding the place, the directions weren’t great. The people at the Accommodation office weren’t overly helpful, stating “ that they never had a problem before??” 2) We had a wedding at 3:30pm and we understood that check in was 3:00 pm but we asked if we could get in a bit earlier if nobody was staying in the room. Even tho nobody was staying, the staff seemed extremely reluctant to let us in to get changed If that’s...
