Our home features four bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 guests, perfect for reunion weekends, Flyer games, or any visit to Dayton. The check-in process was extremely easy, which made arriving stress-free. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after the wedding festivities. Plus, the location was ideal—just a short distance from the wedding reception venue, which made commuting effortless. Overall, I would recommend to anyone who wants a low key place in visiting the area.

Our host was so very sweet and responsive. He made sure that all of our needs were met. This place was a very sweet house, and it had everything we needed. I was very glad to have 2 bathrooms! The location was great, too. It was a great stay!

We stayed here for our wedding in Dayton and booked it for our wedding party traveling from out of town. It was absolutely perfect! The house had plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a busy wedding weekend. The location is also super convenient, especially being so close to UD. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodations met our expectation in terms of providing all the necessities at the right price. Street parking for our oversized vehicle was available right outside of the house’s front door. The ring cam offered a feeling of safety since it pointed at our vehicle overnight. Utilities all worked appropriately. Communication with Sam, the host, was prompt and professional. House was well stocked with needed items (towels, bedding, hair dryer, and everyday kitchen items). Bedding, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances were all very clean. The house overall is well-loved in terms of cosmetics which was ok for us since we traveled with our kids and didn’t want to worry about a scratch or scuff. Overall, it worked perfectly for our stay.

Clean and comfortable

The property was clean. The only thing I didn’t think of is my “old knees” and the stairs. Plenty of street parking and room to move around. Not a lot of living room seating so we mostly sat at dining room table. Thank you!

The house is a good size enough bedrooms. Maybe it was closed off for a while it had a musty smell as soon as you entered, which was fixed once we place deodorizers around the house. I only wish that it stated in the description of the house that the bunk beds and second bathroom was in basement and it was really a bit scary for the kids to go sleep down there

Nice Stay

This home is located just outside of off campus housing and the owner is updating nicely. The livingroom is small for a large group watching tv or hanging out but the kids (teenagers) were fine sitting on blankets and playing cards. We had 7 in our group 5 teens and everyone had their own space when needed. The location was convient to the Air Force Museum and other attractions we had time to see. The owner was responsive to questions. Easy check in and out instructions.

Good property when you need a place to lay your head in Dayton

The house was perfect for our family to all meet up for our weekend activities. There was plenty of sleep space and enough other space for a cup of coffee and planning things out. We were sad to find out that Tanks was closed, as having a legendary bar close by was a selling point. The neighborhood was fine. There was plenty of on-street parking. The house next door looked uncared for. And the people across the street loved fireworks.But if we needed to come back to Dayton, this place would certainly be considered again.
